Drums of the Pacific Polynesian Luau
Located on the Sunset Terrace at Hyatt Regency Maui Resort and Spa on Ka’anapali Beach, the Drums of the Pacific Polynesian Luau shares the legends and stories of Maui and Polynesia and shows the contrast of island cultures, from the lyrical Hawaiian hula, to the spectacular Samoan fire-knife dance, to the pulsating drum dances of Tahiti.
The sound of the conch, the beating of the drums, the echoes of the Hawaiian chant, and the lighting of the torches signal the start of Hawaii’s most exciting Lu’au. Drums of the Pacific takes you on a journey throughout the islands of Polynesia, complete with a traditional imu ceremony and the exotic flavors of native Hawaiian cuisine. We feature authentic dances and music of the old Hawaii, Samoa, Fiji, New Zealand, Tahiti, Tonga, and Rarotonga, and an unforgettable fire-knife dance finale. Old Lahaina Luau
Located on front street in Lahaina, The Old Lahaina Lu’au takes great pride in presenting an authentic Hawaiian Lu’au. An evening of traditional Hawaiian cuisine, music, cultural dances and demonstrations. Guests will appreciate a genuine reflection of Hawaii’s rich history while enjoying an ocean view and sunset.
Your evening with us starts with a lei greeting presented by our friendly Luau hosts. Enjoy Island crafts and demonstrations, such as our Imu unearthing of the Hawaiian underground oven, poi pounding and kapa making. Tropical cocktails and beverages are included throughout the evening. Our bountiful buffet is where you will have an opportunity to try traditional Hawaiian foods with a variety to satisfy everyone's palate. Culminating your evening is our award-winning production of legendary music and hula that will take you on a musical journey through the history of Hawaii and our people.

Traditional Seating:
Seated in our first-row around the stage, guests are seated cross-legged on cushions and dine from a low table. Tables accommodate(8) eight luau guests. If your party does not occupy all seats at a table, there will be other Luau guests seated with your party.

Grand Wailea Luau at Honua'ula
Located at Honua'ula in Wailea, go back in time to when the mighty seafaring Polynesians discovered the land of Hawaii, thereafter calling themselves Hawaiian. The luau touches upon the documented voyages of La'amaikahiki and Moikeha who first came to this sacred island of Maui, specifically the area named Honua'ula.
The luau speaks of gods and goddesses that watched over these courageous people and how they were able to co-exist and live in harmony. These stories combined create an exciting evening of traditional chant and hula bringing the history of our island home Maui, to life. Hele Mai, come and enjoy the magical enchantment of Honua'ula.
