Nearby Waialae Beach Park has a nice lawn with palm trees and a bridge over a stream. Kahala Resort Beach has lush landscaping and small ponds with tropical fish and dolphins.
The large Kahala Mall features a large variety of shopping opportunities as well as restaurants and movies. Kahala Mall also stages many special events throughout the year.
