Ali'i Villa 218 is a newly renovated, one bedroom and bathroom unit with lovely garden views. A covered lanai offers the perfect place for a morning coffee or afternoon cocktail while you drink in the sights and sounds of the Big Island. Featuring partial ocean and mountain views! The comfortable patio furnishings include a three piece table and chair set and a relaxing lounge chair.

Step inside your home-away from home to experience an open concept space with abundant natural light and touches of local detail. A cozy living area provides a sectional couch with a lounge chair and large flatscreen TV with entertainment center. The bright white kitchen comes fully-stocked with new appliances and includes a side-by-side refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and everything you need to create island-inspired meals at home.

The modern bedroom provides intentional comforts with a generous wardrobe, two bedside tables with lamps, and a dreamy queen bed. Here you will be able to unwind into the calming color palette and elegant decor. The bright and clean bathroom includes a classic black vanity with ample storage space and combination bathtub and shower. Ceiling fans in every room will ensure your comfort even on a warm Hawaii afternoon. A full size washer and dryer is also available for your convenience.

Located in the picturesque area of Kailua-Kona, visitors will enjoy easy access to breathtaking beaches ideal for swimming, snorkeling, paddle boarding, or sunbathing. With a variety of restaurants and shopping, here you will find everything you need for the Hawaii vacation of your dreams!

***Disclosure: resort wide spalling repairs are occurring in 2024, beginning April 15, 2024. Hours of work will be from 9am - 4pm daily until we complete repairs. Starting sometime in early July, we will begin repairs in buildings G and F (this unit 218 is located in building G). Upon completion, we will move on to complete a few repairs in building D, and finish out in building E in late July or early August, which has multiple spalling locations. We plan to complete all spalling work on the property, including all punch lists and make up work by October 11th, 2024.***
