Floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors throughout the home create a pleasant indoor outdoor living experience with garden and mountain views and an abundance of natural light. A variety of appointed spaces provide cozy couches and comfortable nooks for relaxing with a book or planning your next excursion! An abundance of ceiling fans help to keep the home at a pleasant temperature and are ideal for circulating Kauai’s cooling trade winds, air conditioning location in the Master bedroom & lower living area. The chef of your group will be delighted with the expansive kitchen, thoughtfully designed with a center island with gas cooktop and complete with all new stainless steel appliances including, side by side refrigerator, double ovens, dishwasher, and wine fridge. Gorgeous marble countertops in the kitchen also match the adjacent dining room table top.

Choosing bedrooms will be a fun challenge as each of the five bedrooms offers a unique view and charm, each lovely in its own way. All of the bedrooms are spacious with comfortable bedding, lots of natural light, closet space, and ceiling fans. The master bedroom features a beautifully tiled ensuite bathroom with an impressive soaking bathtub and stand-alone shower.

The star feature of this lovely home is of course the in-ground swimming pool! Accessible from multiple rooms, the back lanai grants you your own personal oasis with stylish natural stone tiles, covered outdoor dining area, and uncovered patio space for soaking up the sun or spending an afternoon floating in the pool. Surrounded by a privacy wall, everyone will feel comfortable enjoying the space at any time of day or night.

The Ohana unit has been upgraded with a built-in air conditioning system. 2 additional bedrooms will be receiving cooling fans in April. These improvements will add comfort to our guest's experience.

Kiahuna Golf Village is an ideal location located just over a mile from the famous Poipu Beach, perfect for swimming, snorkeling, or relaxing! Nearby to shopping, restaurants, bars, shows, hiking trails, and beaches, there will be no shortage of activities to enjoy on Kauai’s sunny south shore. Come to stay and come to play!

Beautiful home in a great location. The property had some initial catastrophic electrical issues. Management took a couple of days to address and resolve. Great home for large families with all necessities.

The house was amazing and great location. My only concern was there was only AC in the main area and master bedroom. The other rooms do not have AC and were very warm at night. We are from Florida and are use to warm weather and AC, so as long as your good with warmer nights then this is a great property.

Beautiful home, comfortable beds, spacious layout allowed for our families to be under the same roof without being in each others space. Lots of closet/storage in the bedrooms. We didn’t use the AC much but opted for fresh air. The windows were hard to close and let in a lot of fruit flies. We appreciated the outdoor shower, plentiful beach accessories (pool towels, boogie boards and beach tents/umbrellas). Great location. Quiet neighborhood. Property manager was quick to respond.

We booked the house because it had a pool but weren’t able to get much use out of it since it was not heated. That was the biggest disappointment. Additionally, the aerial photo of the property must’ve been taken while back, we thought we’d have a lot more space for the kids to run around out back but that was not the case.
