Our spacious 3600 sq ft beachfront house features one-of-a-kind A-frame architecture, boasts high vaulted ceilings with striking beams, and sweeping panoramic views of the ocean. The property comfortably sleeps 12 guests, making it the perfect getaway for large family gatherings or reunions with friends.

At the heart of our home is a generous 1200 sq ft open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. This communal space invites you to enjoy hearty meals, engaging conversations, and moments of relaxation—all while enjoying panoramic ocean vistas.

Extend your living experience outdoors to our extensive oceanfront lanai, perfect for alfresco dining, lounging in the double-size hammock, or unwinding in the hot tub under the stars.

Retreat to the comfort of our two master suites, each complete with an en-suite bathroom. The upstairs suite with a king-size canopy bed offers a private deck, ideal for savoring your morning coffee, while the downstairs suite allows for convenient accessibility. Two additional ocean-facing bedrooms are located downstairs.

As the sun sets, gather at our bonus theater room, equipped with a 120” screen and laser projector, complete with Yamaha sound and easy connectivity to your favorite streaming services. The theater also includes a popcorn machine, letting you savor that authentic cinema experience right in your own home. If required, the theater room can double as additional sleeping space (note: it doesn’t have a closet).

Your stay is made even more comfortable with brand-new AC units in every bedroom, a dedicated laundry room and a selection of beach necessities like chairs, boogie boards and umbrellas. We also offer parking for up to 4 cars.

Positioned right on a secluded child-friendly sandy beach and steps away from a famed surfing and snorkeling spot, our home boasts an ideal location that experiences significantly less rainfall than the north shore. The property is located right on the Ocean, close to all our events, the kitchen is well stock and good size for a large group, exterior deck has plenty of room. Unfortunately the property was very dirty, much of the bedding and vacuum were full of puke, several outlet did not work, washer and dryer were full of sand, exterior cushions, inside couches were severely stained, beach chair and toys were broke, this home is falling apart, requires maintenance. Master bed has queen frame with king mattress, very dangerous, no smoke alarms, exterior shower are broken.

You can't beat being able to wake up and jump in the ocean! The house was well stocked with amenities and perfect for our party of 6. If we ever come back to Kauai this will be the place we're staying.

We had 10 family members staying and there was plenty of room. Being right on the beach was absolutely perfect and plenty of beach amenities to use. The kitchen has upgraded appliances and everything necessary to cook each meal. The bedrooms (and entire house) were clean and comfortable. Washer and dryer are new and make it easy to keep towels and clothes fresh.
Working with the property manager was easy, with quick responses to our questions and needs.
Location was great, being only 25-30 min away from Princeville/Hanalei Bay, 20 min to the airport, close to restaurants and grocery stores.
We highly recommend this home and working with this management team. We plan on returning soon.

Five generations for spring break. Location was perfect. Quiet and secluded. Loved the washer and dryer! Media room was a great getaway for quiet time. Views were spectacular!

We had a relatively large group 10 people over the age of 12 and 1 infant. The house presented as advertised. The kitchen had enough cooking utensils and dishes. We used the beach gear for snorkeling and the beach chairs, towels, and coolers. It was great to have a hot tub as the days were not hot. The location/neighborhood had a chill vibe and was near a good smoothie/acai bowl hut that was a real treat. It was not a far drive to the north shore for some good sight seeing, snorkeling, and views. It was also not far from a place to go tubing down an old sugar cane canal. Overall, the house was great. The neighbor has a lot of dogs but they really don’t bark much-the wild chickens crow more than the dogs bark. The view from the living room/kitchen is beautiful to wake up to and we saw whales spraying and breaching in the ocean. One thing to note, is that the home doesn’t have a Keurig so don’t buy K-cups. Kauai has some great ground coffee for sale in the stores.
