We arrived after midnight and thanks to contacting the agent in advance we had no issues getting into our unit. It was a it musty, but the smell dissipated with time. There is one AC unit, but it is enough to cool the entire unit. The king bed was super comfy, and there was lots of hangers and room in the closet for everything. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, and even coffee filters and spices. In the bedroom closet there were lawn chairs and a cooler. We also made use of the BBQ. The only things missing that are usually supplied in a motel or all inclusive resort were a magnifying mirror and a safe. Unit A11 faces Aleka Loop and is very close to the ABC store. Great when you just need to slip over and pick up something. There was also a farmers market Tuesday’s and Thursday’s in the parking lot of the Coconut Marketplace next door which we took advantage of. There was some paint chipping around the edge of the pools and they are in need of maintenance, but not too bad, so that people were still using them. The noise from Kuhio Hwy and Aleka Loop are loud if you are out on the balcony, but you could not hear much inside the unit. Kapaa is about half way down the east side, so is central for trips either north to Hanalei or south to Poipu. All things considered we enjoyed our time on the island and Martie was always available to answer any questions we had.

We truly enjoyed our stay! The condo is beautifully furnished and has a very comfortable bed. It is close to the beach and grocery stores, and is a short way from the airport. We definitely recommend this unit!

Place was great, had all the necessities we needed. Location was perfect, coconut market place was right next door which was so convenient. I would definitely stay here again.
