Our memory foam mattresses are medium firm with a 1.5" quilted top panel and multiple layers of memory foam, polyfoam, and coils. The sleeping pillows are made of cotton and alternative down.
Queen Sleeper Sofa with Gel mattress features a 2-layer construction of high-density foam and gel-infused memory foam. It’s designed to contour to the body and wick away body heat.

***DISCLOSURE 9/13/24: Renovations of all primary bathrooms in building 4 will begin 11/4/24, and will continue M-F 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. into mid-January 2025, and again beginning April 14, 2025 through May 2025. Demolition noise will occur during the listed hours.

This condo had everything you need for a great stay in Princeville. The condo was clean and very nice! It was just as described. The kitchen was well stocked with nice cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. We would definitely stay there again!

We had the best time at the Cliffs. The campus is beautiful with kept gardens, grassy areas and incredible views. The condo was huge! We were surprised by just how much space there was. Everything was clean and super comfortable. The view from the balcony is the beautiful green grass meeting the perfect blue water. We saw whales while enjoying our coffee one morning! You will love this space.

My wife and I loved waking up to the gorgeous views of the palm trees and the ocean from the kitchen/back balcony. It was the perfect breakfast spot, and we were constantly visited by adorable doves and red-crested cardinals. Though this rental has no AC (like most homes in Hawaii), the breeze from our open, screened windows and the fans all throughout the rental kept our evenings cool and comfortable. The botanical trail and the pools on the property are well worth a visit. Thank you for adding to our wonderful vacation experience!

Super clean, spacious, a lot of kitchenware as takeout containers, bkender, pots and pans. Two beautiful balconies, big tvs. Access to a gym, bbq, pool on site. Easy free rentals to bikes. Super close to Hanalai bay and many beaches.

We absolutely loved our stay in this unit! We felt so pampered with the amenities and beautifully decorated home. The surrounding community of Princeville is so peaceful and relaxing. They only regret is that we didn't stay longer. We will stay here again!

3rd time staying at The Cliffs. First time in this particular condo. Nice condo. Washing machine either needs to be repaired or replaced as it makes a horrible grinding noise. Only saw one cockroach and one gecko in the unit, which is normal for the islands. Beautiful partial ocean view. Would book again.

Kaua’i is such a beautiful island. This is our 2nd time visiting. The first time we stayed at a resort and this time decided to stay in a condo. Would 100% recommend it! It was nice to wake up and have coffee out on the lanai. As parents of two littles, we loved having access to tennis, pickle ball, basketball, bikes, and the pool. Extremely family friendly!
We did have a major concern the first night but when I reached out to address my concerns I received an immediate response.

The only way it could’ve been better is with Air Conditioning! People, property, views, amenities were perfect for what my boyfriend and I needed!

The gym is a large closet, but at least they have one!

Really enjoyed the unit. Very nice, comfortable and easy to come and go. Enjoyed the nice air flow with windows open. Only negative was the floors were dirty and could not go barefoot without feet being dirty. Floors need a deep cleaning.

Loved our stay. Great accommodations with everything you could possibly need. The bed was very comfortable, wonderful flow through breezes; a very spacious condo. Also loved the pools and hot tubs. So much to see and do in this area. Would certainly love to return to this unit.
