From the moment you step inside, you are greeted with original designs with thoughtful details throughout. Ascend the custom-designed staircase with Merbau railing and hammered metal spindles to the second floor of the home which features the kitchen and living area. Intentionally designed in this way to showcase the beautiful ocean and mountain views from large windows. An open floor plan with vaulted ceilings allows Kauai’s natural light and cooling trade winds to fill all of the spaces. Step outside onto the wraparound, covered lanai to take in the sights and sound of the island. The ideal location to enjoy year-round Princeville sunsets! Mature landscaping also offers privacy and settles you within the lush foliage and treetops. Gather some local ingredients and prepare island-inspired meals from the fully-equipped kitchen, providing everything you need to enjoy cooking at home.

The lower level features the master bedroom with bathroom and walk-in closet, two more bedrooms and a second bathroom. Each bedroom also includes a newly installed split air conditioning and direct access to a covered lanai and garden.

Great house, recently renovated, with a hard to find pool on a quiet street in Princeville. Nice open views of the ocean and SeaLodge in the distance from the second level. A/C a big plus.

Not much more you could ask for when looking for a family accommodation on the north shore. We had a great time in this house, no issues whatsoever.

Albatrosses frequent this neighborhood during nesting season (November - June). We were treated to chicks on the ground and adults flying, dancing, and feeding the chicks.

The house is wonderful. The upstairs open-plan living area has great views in all directions and breezes flowing through. The kitchen is very well equipped. The downstairs bedrooms are nothing special but perfectly adequate for sleeping. The property is very well maintained; in fact, an overgrown banana palm that blocked our view was pruned during our stay. The Hawaii Life host was very responsive and helpful.

The location is convenient to activities in Princeville, Hanalei, and Kilauea. Overall, an enjoyable and memorable experience.

This is my second time visiting Hawaii and this is so far my favorite stay. Property was clean, close to shops, has AC, trails and beaches are close, and the private pool was clean with pool side lounge chairs. Kitchen was fully stocked for all your cooking needs, pots and pans, dish ware, coffee maker, cups, etc. overall this property is amazing and I would highly recommend it.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property and wholeheartedly give it 5 stars! From the moment we walked in, we felt at home and in total comfort.

The beds were so incredibly comfortable that we actually noted the mattress brand to purchase for our own home. Each night felt like sleeping on a cloud, ensuring we woke up refreshed and ready for the day's adventures.

The kitchen was a dream come true for us. It had everything we needed to prepare meals, plus some unexpected extras like an air fryer and a rice cooker, which added a lot of convenience to our cooking experience.

The location couldn't have been better. It's walking distance to a beautiful beach, several great restaurants, and a grocery store. Being just minutes away from Hanalei and other stunning beaches made our trip even more enjoyable.

The pool was a major highlight for our family. We spent countless hours having fun in the water. The property also provided ample beach toys, which were a big hit with the kids, and the bikes were perfect for exploring the local area.

We loved our stay so much that we're already planning our next visit. This property truly made our vacation special, and we can't wait to return.

Highly recommend this rental for anyone looking to have a memorable and comfortable stay!

We had an amazing first time visit to Hawaii last week. We loved the Princeville and North Shore area. Our day trips to the south shore confirmed to us that the North Shore is the prettiest spot on the island. This house was amazing as well. It's on a quiet street and has an amazing view of the ocean b/c there is an open lot across the street. We loved the private pool as well. The house was very clean and provided beach chairs, bikes, and even a cooler. We loved it !

Our family of five stayed here for an 8 day visit to Kauai and had an amazing time, the house was in great shape, the pool was great to have when we were just a little tired and the kids could still go swimming. The house has a reverse floor plan so you have a nice view while sitting in the family room or dining area, the A/C is in each bedroom and the main living space upstairs which made for a totally comfortable stay. We didn't have any issues so there was no need to contact the property manager while we were there but they were extremely responsive prior to the trip. The house is a short drive to the town of Hanalei and Hanalei Bay, one of my favorite spots in the world.
