Once inside, this home offers plenty of space for a large family or traveling couples. The kitchen has beautiful granite counters, high-end appliances, and a charming breakfast bar that opens to the main living and dining area.

The upstairs master suite has ocean views from a luxurious king-sized bed and features plenty of windows to let in the cool, tropical cross-breeze. This home is designed and perfectly situated to maximize the natural cooling effect of the island’s trade winds. The spacious master suite also has a wonderful en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a walk-in shower. All three downstairs bedrooms have an abundance of natural light, and open to an outdoor lanai. There are an additional one and half baths on the lower level.

This property was perfect for housing both sides of our parents (4), ourselves and our 3 kids - 9 of us total. The house was well-maintained, clean and we loved the style and comfort. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked there almost every day. The property is surrounded by lush greenery and trees and the backyard patio is a beautiful view of the golf course. The master bedroom and living room had an AC unit, but the rooms downstairs did not have AC (ceiling and plug-in fans only). The only comment we would make is that it was a little warm/humid for our parents who were staying downstairs, especially the one across from the bathroom. Regardless, we would recommend this home! We loved the neighborhood and it was great having Foodland very close and it was only a 10-minute drive to Hanalei Bay where we did our vow renewals. You can't beat the gorgeous views in the north side of this island, including the breathtaking Napali coast.

This house is on the golf course in Princeville. The location was excellent and the home had all the accommodations that we needed for our family to be comfortable. The location was perfect if you want to stay on the north part of the island, which we like better. Our two oldest children are married and our two younger children are not. Therefore, three bedrooms with a single bed (2 king and 1 queen) and one bedroom with 3 twin beds were ideal for the 8 of us. The house was very clean and included everything that we needed for our stay. The surf board, boogie boards and snorkeling gear were an added bonus. Also, the washer and drier were very nice. The home is only a 5 minute drive to Hanalei Bay/Beach, 5 minute drive to Anini Beach, and less than 10 minutes to Secret Beach (do not miss this beach). Also, only a 10 minute walk to Queen's bath (parking at the trail head if you don't want to walk from the home) and Sea Lodge Beach (down a trail from the end of the Kamehameha Road or just a few hundred yards from the home). Also, do not miss the 9 mile hike (4.5 miles each way) to Hanakapiai Beach and Hanakapiai Falls. Not a super easy hike, but definitely not hard or extreme if you are in decent shape. The only thing that could have made the place nicer is if the air conditioner worked so that we could cool the home off more quickly when we returned home each evening. There were plenty of fans so that was not a big deal. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and clean home and would recommend. Only issue was the two a/c units were both upstairs in living and master so our kids rooms got up to 86 degrees F even with fans everywhere (in mid June). Other than that, it was a lovely home with a beautiful deck, grill and outdoor shower. Location was also perfect. Thank you!

Our first visit to Kauai and we lucked out with this beautiful home rental! The home was located in a safe, quiet neighborhood on a beautiful golf course, with easy access to all amenities such as a gas station and grocery store.

The views from the deck were outstanding! The house was clean and well stocked and everything was clearly well maintained. I would make one recommendation and that would be that the owner provided a garage door opener or key pad for access to easily bring the car rental in and out of the garage. Aside from that slight inconvenience, I truly can't think of anything I would change about this lovely home. We would stay here again and again! The cherry on top was interacting with a property management team who was professional and kind too.
