Description

New Listing! Hale Moi 112 Side B affectionately called the Plumeria Suite because of the islands abundance and popularity of the fragrant Plumeria flower. Feel free to pick them and place on top of your ear like the locals do.

This unit is considered a one bedroom by the County of Kauai but functions like a studio unit as the 'bedroom' does not have walls. The bedroom area is open to living and dining areas but it's entry door to the unit can be closed and locked so the entire unit is yours exclusively.

Recently renovated with new floors, new refrigerator, a grand breakfast bar, new window coverings and AC. This is a hotel style accommodation with one open room for the bedroom, eating area, and living room. There is no kitchen with cooking appliances or washer and dryer so please plan and pack accordingly. Stays beyond 7 days will not be accepted.

Enjoy everything Princeville has to offer with its stunning mountain views, sunsets, a 5 minute drive to Hanalei Bay, walking distance to St. Regis with incredible ocean views. Hale Moi is close to restaurants, Foodland grocery store, and the Makai Golf Course too.

Princeville town is only 2 miles long from entrance to end (St. Regis Hotel) and a wonderful walking/jogging path connects everyone all the way through.

Hale Moi 112 is a lock-out style unit, with units A & B each having its own lockable space yet connected by a common hallway Each guest has access to the main entry door but once within you would proceed to your unit for privacy and your own space. The lanai even has a divider between the units to aide in the privacy for all.

Hawaii Life Rentals is a locally owned, licensed real estate company with rentals on Kauai, Maui, Oahu, and Hawaii. We offer on-island personal assistance and Concierge services.

As soon as we walked in, I couldn't express how much better this was in person. It was bigger than I expected, the bed was comfy and waking up to the view every morning was amazing. Parking was a bit tricky, as there were only so many permit spots if you get back after 8 pm. If you hate walking or have mobility issues, I would take that into consideration. Overall, I highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again!

This place is perfectly located to beaches, other towns, and anything else you may be doing on this side of the island. It’s quiet, has everything you could need, and is super cute. We truly loved our stay here and Martie is an excellent host!

We absolutely LOVED our stay here at Hale Moi. The chocolate basket and coffee were a nice touch. The beach blankets, beach chairs, and cooler were also above and beyond! My only complaint is the parking situation. We were asked to place a "Permit" placard on our car and only utilize parking spaces that had the word "permit," on them. However, when we came back to the residence, every single "Permit" space was taken and more often than not, by someone without a placard on their car. This lead to some frustration and confusion because we didn't want to be parking illegally or taking spaces from residents. Besides that though, this space is literally a few minutes walk from some incredible beaches (I'll let you find those on your own) as well as the 1 Hotel. Highly recommend.

Absolutely loved this place! It will be our new “go-to” spot on Kaua’i and we have stayed in two different Airbnbs/Vrbos in the past. Beautiful view, comfortable space, great for two people, has everything you could need (loved that you had an electric kettle in addition to the coffee pot for us tea drinkers!). Martie was very responsive and answered any questions quickly. Highly recommend!

Hale Moi is a great place to stay for couples visiting North Shore. Close to Hanalei Bay and beautiful beaches like Hideaway or Queens Bath. Studio is well equipped for basic needs. Bed is comfortable. Views from balcony for lush tropical forest and mountains behind are relaxing and breathtaking. We really enjoyed 6 nights in Hale Moi. Both thumbs up.

Simple, clean, no-frills rental. Appreciated the balcony view very much! Found a few amenities lacking: primarily not enough bedding (we were cold at night time), no washer dryer, and no first aid kit. Would recommend for a good, clean, simple stay

We had a wonderful stay at this darling condo in Princeville. Within walking distance to a beautiful park setting overlooking Hanalei Bay and a quick hike down to Hideaway Beach. Quick drive to Princeville shops, restaurants, north shore beaches/hikes and charming Hanalei. Condo itself is beautiful, clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and soaking in the view and sounds. The welcome basket and coffee were much appreciated. Communication and check-in were seamless. Highly recommend!!

Loved everything about our stay at Hale Moi! The place is super clean and comfy. It was the perfect space for the two of us. It really felt like we were living in a tree house. Morning coffee on the balcony was the best! Communication and renting was super easy and very affordable as well. We cannot wait to return to this location on our next trip to Kauai! We truly appreciate being able to check out late too due to our late return flight!
