Description

Hali'i Kai is one of the most sought out places to stay while visiting the Kohala Coast on Big Island. It features meticulous well kept grounds, beautiful and comfortable living spaces along with a luxurious amenity center, the Ocean Club. The Ocean Club features its own private restaurant and bar for homeowners and guests only, resort style multi level pool and an open air fitness center overlooking the ocean. Coconut Grove at Halii Kai offers its own basketball and tennis courts too!

DISCLAIMER** Please keep in mind, you are visiting the tropical islands so please expect to see bugs such as ants, geckos, and cockroaches.

This immaculate three bedroom, three bath unit offers pristine views from nearly every room. The open floor plan provides ample space for family, and entertaining guests. Kitchen appliances are top-of-the-line stainless steel; and the lanai and BBQ area are the perfect place to enjoy your meals and the warm ocean breezes.

The upstairs master bedroom has a king size bed and its own private lanai to bask in the warm hawaiian sun and admire the ocean. The accompanying master bathroom features a soaking tub and deluxe walk-in shower. Down the hall, is the first guest room- it also has a king size bed and a private bathroom. The walk-in shower and clear mountain views make this guest space especially peaceful.

Located downstairs is the second guest bedroom, where you can find a queen size bed and shared bath. The laundry room nearby has a newly purchased washer and dryer, as well as enough irons and ironing boards for every room. During your stay, please enjoy all the beach toys and beach towels inside the garage; access to the sand and sea are within a short walk. Lastly, we proudly offer high speed internet and fresh luxury linens-we care all about the little things that will help ensure your stay is memorable!

There is a $25 per day fee that you must pay upon arrival at the office to access the Ocean Club. First left as you enter the entrance gate to Hali’i Kai.

Rates do not include taxes, cleaning and applicable fees.

Awesome rental - more amenities than any unit we have ever rented (as in lots of extra kitchen spice/marinate type things left for use and lots of items in the garage for beach use). Most units do not have use of so many items leaving you to buy/rent them for a use or two. Beds were very comfortable, unit was clean - all in all a great choice for a Big Island property and we stay in Hawaii a lot. Thanks Noelani!!

Spent a wonderful week va-ca at Hali'i Kai in July.. Beautiful facilities, serene location, with a warm morning and evening breeze. Just a few steps from the "club house" which is a small facility, appropriate for the number of guest allowed. Was always delightful to meet new friends for dinner/or beverages by the pool while enjoying the sunset over the ocean.. This place has everything but Jimmy Buffet!
Neolani did a great job and responded promptly to any inquires we had. With my grown kids coming from all over the US, the three bedroom Villa served us nicely.. Did I mention it was nice and quite. And very clean

Hali’i Kai is a beautiful complex and our condo, 17G had some of the most amazing views. The Ocean Club Bar & Grill has a beautiful ocean front pool and the Bar & Grill staff are very friendly, good food and good prices.
Our condo was well appointed but there were a few issues that need to be addressed. Noelani’s communication prior to our arrival was excellent but during our stay I found that texting was not the optimal form of contact, rather a telephone call was more successful. Our issues and concerns have been addressed and we do appreciate Noelani’s efforts. Overall our stay was nice and I wouldn’t hesitate recommending this condo to anyone.
