This home features sweeping panoramic views of the verdant Mauna Kahalawai, frequent rainbow sightings and a slight partial ocean view from the lanai and no neighboring lanai oceanward.

The owners of this property love their winter escape to come enjoy the whales and all that Maui has to offer. Konea 204 is in spectacular condition with many custom touches throughout- brand new Acacia flooring ‘22, new furniture and appliances ‘21, and custom art pieces from around the state which bring color and warmth.

Enjoy the sweet smell of the radiantly colored orange and white plumeria tree right outside the home as you gaze up at the lush mountain slopes of Mauna Kahalawai. In the other direction you will find the partial ocean view overlooking Duke’s Beach House Restaurant and the island of Lanai. This balcony faces East which makes for spectacular sunrises and a very well protected lanai area from the consistent prevailing trade winds.

There is ample and comfortable seating in the living room area with two couches (one of them pull out sleeper sofa). This home away from home has all of the comforts that you would want with its well equipped kitchen, ample beach gear, and gear for the little ones. Refined granite slabs, cherry cabinets, Bosch stainless steel appliances, porcelain tile, and lots of room to operate while making your favorite fish ceviche, or whatever you desire, while never losing sight of that gorgeous view.

Owners and guests alike at Honua Kai can’t get enough of the open floor plans, which are further enhanced by a seamless transition between outdoor and indoor living area through the glass Nanna wall doors. This property will comfortably sleep four with a king bed in the master bedroom and a pull out sofa here in the living room.

The master suite has a very comfortable and large king bed, an adjoining bathroom suite with a walk-in shower, a soaking tub, and a large granite slab with two separate sinks. The second bedroom also has a an ensuite bathroom and the King Bed can be split into two twins with advance notice.

Great place to stay. Unit was nicely furnished and kitchen had everything we needed. Partial ocean view was over very stated though. When there was a wind you could almost see through the big palm tree blocking the view. We would definitely come back.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our most recent visit to Maui, Hawaii’s Paradise. The local hosts were super responsive and the facilities were top notch. Great customer service!

The condo is well equipped, clean and well maintained and the building is all first class. The valet parking is an added perk and the guys are terrific and will bring your bags, groceries and other shopping up to your suite. Be sure to tip them as they provide excellent service!

The location was perfect with excellent beaches, a wonderful walkway that goes for miles down the beach, and a great restaurant on the property. It’s centrally located to everything for exploring or checking out the extensive food offerings within a short drive.

This was our 2nd visit to this property and we’ll be back. Book with confidence knowing you’ll be at a luxury home away from home.

Beautiful condo in a great resort. Enjoyed the amenities, but be warned: there are not dedicated parking spaces for rental condos, and the garage fills up at night. We found this out after leaving the resort for dinner on at least two occasions. (We had to find a spot elsewhere on the resort, at some distance from our condo.) Other than the problem with parking, we enjoyed our stay.

This condo went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and welcomed. The staff was very friendly, there were delicious chocolates waiting for us upon arrival, & the condo was spotless. We immediately felt at home. The condo had everything we needed. We enjoyed sunrises on the balcony and sunset bbq's by the beach. We took our 3 young girls and they had the best time as well. Perfect for two small families. This was a great size for the six of us (4 adults and 2 elementary aged children). Beautiful view of the mountains. All amenities were provided including soap, shampoo, conditioner, laundry soap, dish soap. Also loves that they provided beach chairs, coolers, beach mats and umbrellas. Beds were comfy, the lanai was amazing and the resort was incredible with all the pools, pool towels provided. Will definitely stay here again. Mahalo!

I stayed in this condo in January of 2020 with my family (my 3 kids, wife, and myself). The condo was clean and will stocked. It was in a convenient location on second floor near the stairs and close to the elevator (but not too close to hear it). Beds were very comfortable. Honua Kai resort is great for families with 4 pools and plenty of activities. Duke's restaurant is on site for a quick bite or drink. There is a supermarket across the street and a small market in the lobby of the resort for any items you may need. The room has a peek-a-boo view of the ocean, but that didn't matter to us. A short walk and you were on the beach. I would highly recommend this unit and would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Honua Kai and really enjoyed Konea 204 as home base. It is spacious and well appointed and served as a convenient location to enjoy the resort from the second floor level and close proximity to the stairwell. The building quality is fantastic - we didn’t hear a single neighbor our entire stay and the master bedroom is situated next to an open service area and stairwell so we didn’t worry about being noisy. The only slight nit was the sheets - with everything top tier it was surprising to not have Egyptian cotton sheets.

This unit was in a central location on the property. Close enough to the elevator to access pools and parking garage. Unit came with lots of starters such as bathroom supplies, kitchen supplies, laundry and more. Beach chairs, towels, umbrella, toys, cooler bag (ice chest handle was broken). Fantastic view of the mountains that was more beautiful then the ocean. We have stayed at the resort before although this unit was large and perfect. We will be back next year!

This place was absolutely beautiful and I can’t wait to come back! Everything about the condo was perfect. There was enough space for 3 adults and 3 kids without a problem. Morning coffee on the lanai with beautiful views and dinner outside watching the sunset. The kitchen was fully equipped w everything we needed to make any meal and the washer and dryer were so helpful to have. The linens are nice quality and the beds super comfy. Honestly not one thing to complain about in this condo, it’s perfect! Literally walk to beach or stay and play in the various pools and order from Dukes.

We had an incredible stay at Honua Kai Konea 204! The unit was clean and filled with everything our family needed for our 10 day stay in paradise; pack and play, high chair, beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, coolers, etc. Thank you for allowing us to create great memories in your unit!

We had a group of 19 for a week. 15 of us were in three units at Honua Kai. We love the property. It is impeccably maintained. Konea 204 was beautiful! There were welcome chocolates and coffee for us when we arrived. The wall decor was fun and island-inspired....we hope to find one of the prints online and buy it for ourselves. This stay was at least our sixth visit to Maui. This unit and property are probably the best value anyone could ask for. They do paradise proud!

Honua Kai 204 was PERFECT for our trip. We brought our 4 month old and the unit had everything we needed for him, but didn’t want to bring on the flight.

We’ve stayed at Honua Kai 4 times before, but this unit was the most CLEAN and comfortable that we have stayed in. Would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat.
