This comfortable and well-appointed cottage is located adjacent to the Ka'anapali Royal golf course and directly across the street from Kahekili (Airport) Beach, one of the best beaches on Maui. World class shopping and dining are close by in the fabulous Ka'anapali Resort area and Lahaina, with its art galleries, fine dining and shopping is a short drive away.
The cottage is a part of the International Colony Club community with its beautiful landscaping and two lovely swimming pools; one of which is just steps outside your door. Whatever you are looking for; whether experiencing all that Maui has to offer or simply having a quiet dinner on the lanai, this cottage has it all.

Our family of 4 enjoyed this rental for a week. We had plenty of space and loved the lanai! Pool and a great snorkeling beach are very close. We enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrellas for the beach, grill for cooking, and the washer and dryer. I would recommend bug spray or bracelets for the lanai. The rental was comfortable for 4 adults and I would highly recommend it for your stay!

The property manager was very helpful and welcoming. This is the second time staying at this property, the renovated main bathroom was a pleasant surprise but what will have us coming back again was the new lanai. It was the perfect space for our family of 6, plenty of room with many different seating options. The ensuite in the master bedroom needs some updating/renovations but is clean.

We love the ICC and have stayed in houses there many times. 2nd time at this house. The expanded lanai and updated bathroom are fabulous! I'll be excited when the master bath is upgraded. Only downside here is some traffic noise from road but you get used to it quickly. Will be back.

Wow! What an amazing holiday we had. My 4 children, son-in-law to be and myself had an amazing trip that was well needed. I have rented many homes over the years on Vrbo and this one was perfect! The pics and description didn't lie. The house was located in a perfect location and the inside/outside were both very well kept. The house was very clean and well equipped with many extras. The drive was under an hour to the airport and was the most beautiful drive. Shops, beaches and adventures were so close this location as well. There is nothing negative that I can say about this trip! I would and will highly recommend this home to anyone traveling to Maui. Lastly, I wanted to mention how wonderful the property manager is. Ms. Mitchell was an amazing host! She was one of the best property manager's that I have dealt with. So, if you plan on traveling to Maui and want to stay in the Lahaina area, I would highly recommend renting this wonderful vacation home. Aloha!!!!!!

This is an oasis. Such a fantastic place to stay. There is ample parking if you want to hire a car. Uber's are around $15 to Front Street and there is one of the best beaches in Maui (Airport beach) a five minute walk across the road. The place itself is clean and well decorated. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms give everyone plenty of space. The lanai is fabulous and we spent so much time out there. There are two pools on the estate with one 15 feet away! This place is perfect. All you need for cooking and making coffee. Absolutely a fabulous place. Can't recommend enough.

This was a nice house near Kaanapali with 3 bedrooms which fit our family of 5 adults well. The house was very clean and in great condition. They had a nice living room area and a beautiful lanai that we spent a lot of time on. They had beach chairs, an umbrella, beach towels and coolers which we used a couple of times. They also left a nice welcome gift with coffee, cookies, chips and macadamia nuts which we all enjoyed. The pool was very clean and warm. This is a great space for 5 or 6 people. We would totally stay here again!

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home was perfect for our family of five. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the porch. This home is located in a quiet area. Great location! Just a few miles from the Safeway in Lahaina. Walk down the street and across the intersection you can get to the oceanfront path. The home is equipped really well and we used the beach chairs and towels every day! We loved our stay in this home!

Spent a wonderful week at the home. Perfect for our group (4 adults and 2 children). Very clean and lots of space for everyone. Parking is easy.
It was great to have all the gear to bring to the beach already provided at the condo. No complaints. Would stay here again!
