This condo has a double-sized lanai, perfect for sipping your morning coffee while watching the sunrise, relaxing with a good book or visiting with family/friends, and don't forget the sunsets! Whale season runs mid Dec to mid April, enjoy whales sightings from the lanai.

All the comforts of home including comfortable beds (one king, one queen), A/Cs in living room and master bedroom, and a large flat screen TV in the living room. The master bedroom also has a TV.

Enjoy meals prepared in this fully stocked kitchen with all appliances including a new oven and refrigerator. Also, new commodes recently installed in the bathrooms, and new curtains in the first bedroom.

Easily walk to restaurants, pubs, the grocery store, and shops in minutes. Our condominium is so well located that sometimes we don't even use the car for several days. Your Maui holiday awaits you right here in Kihei!! Island Surf is a smoke free property, smoking is allowed in designated area.

This was the perfect stay for our vacation in Kihea. Condo had plenty of room for the 4 of us, great view of the beach and was within walking distance to various restaurants and grocery stores. We walked for coffee every morning and picked a new place every day. Great area of Maui where you are basically within 20 minutes of everything including the airport. Would definitely pick this one again!

Location was great, walking distance to food and shopping. Great food truck court behind us.Unit was clean and comfortable for the most part. Con- spare room has no a/c that made it unlivable! Also king bed in spare room. Queen Murphy bed I'm master. Makes no sense!

Great sized condo with amazing morning & after new ocean views. Easy parking for rental cars along with easy access to and from building & unit. Location was perfect and walking distance to beaches and stores.

I have a very good experience with the unit.
1. the ocean view from the balcony of the apartment is amazing, better than the picture shown, you have much wider and higher view than the picture.
2. the apartment is clean, and you can find everything you need for kitchen, bathroom, laundry and the beach chairs are available there as well.
3. Kihei cafe is just a couple of steps away, and there is a big food truck park right behind the apartment that you can get all kind of good food there, expensive or cheaper food all are available. dining is very convenient there.
4. the beach downstair next to Kama Park is the best beach for surf beginner. and there is a good surf school right cross street. so if kids want to learn surf, it is best place to stay.
5. Charley Young Beach just 5 min walk is good for kids to play as well. actually, I found waves in many other beaches including those famous beaches are kind of big, but Charley Young beach's wave is smaller. I just relax in the apartment and let my two teenage girls go to beach and play there somehow without worrying safety.

My husband & I spent the month of Feb 2019 in this unit. Such a fantastic location, close to beach, park, restaurants, shopping and amenities right there on the first floor. The views are absolutely beautiful, and we did spend a fair bit of time on the lanai in the morning and late afternoon watching the whales and surfers, and enjoying sunsets with wine. The unit itself could use a few more updates, but generally speaking was in good shape and had everything we needed (although we did purchase bbq utensils for the unit). Pool was heated to 85 degrees and was perfect! We appreciated the cooler bags available to use as well as the beach chairs. Our local contact Lara was amazing! We communicated a few times during our stay and she was very attentive to our requests and even brought us a special Valentine treat!
Our only negative comment would be that there is a fair bit of street noise, so bring along earplugs if you go to bed early or intend to sleep in ;)

The rental was 2 bedroom and bath and perfect for us to share with out friends (2 couples). They provided fans in the non-ac bedroom and the temps were pretty pleasant in the evenings and we did not have a problem. They also had beach chairs, towels which was helpful. The one con was that they used most of the bedroom closet to store the stuff and we did not have room to put our luggage away. The kitchen was convenient was a quick breakfast but really the views were spectacular. We even saw a few whales from the balcony. The management was responsive on questions. We bought a few things like bathroom rolls and trash bags as we stayed for 10 days and needed better quality but that is a small thing.

I made a solo trip and enjoyed every minute of relaxation and comfort. I’d wake up, open all the doors and let the breeze rush thru. Condo was spotless! Beautiful view from balcony. Fully loaded kitchen. Management was outstanding. *most accommodating I’ve ever had with VRBO.

We loved this condo. The double lanai gave us a great view of Cove Beach. We had breakfast and dinner on the lanai everyday. The king bed in the 2 nd bedroom was way more comfortable than the Murphy bed in the master bedroom.
The pool/BBQ area was very nice and clean.
Lots of fans and open windows gave us all the breeze we needed to stay cool.
It was entertaining to watch all the beginning surfers each morning from the lanai.
Charley Young beach was a short walk from the condo. Foodland grocery store just a short walk away. The food truck just one block north has really good fish tacos!

Loved our Maui vacation. The place we stayed was clean, central to activities on the island, and the sunsets are top notch at the beach across the street. In walking distance of food and shops. Appreciated having towels, chairs, and coolers provided.

We had a wonderful time visiting family, enjoying the weather, golfing and eating.
The condo we rented was very good. The only thing we wihed for was more lighting inside the condo. There was only one lamp that was good for reading but there were three of us that wanted to spend the evenings relaxing with a good book.
The place was clean and no bugs which was surprising in a good way.
Chelsea was terrific at getting back to me with any questions and recommendations.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo in Kihei! The condo was clean and well maintained. The location was very close to the beach and local restaurants and shops. The facility has a pool but no hot tub. The only issue we had was that we could not get the TV in the living room to work.

The location in Kihei on S. Kihei road is fabulous. Walking distance to beaches, restaurants, shopping, grocery store. Also easy access to main highways and airport. The sunset view is amazing. The only slight negative is the kitchen is a bit dated but has every type of pot and pan, glassware and dishes you need. The property manager was very receptive to each text message sent. They fixed everything we requested on a very timely basis. Overall we were very satisfied and very sad to leave.
