Hawaii Life Vacations is offering Residence #32 which resides in this low rise and low density complex of bungalow style vacation rentals. This residence is one of the nicest if not the nicest residence in the entire resort and is perfect for larger groups looking for a value oriented vacation experience at the epicenter of the Kaanapali Resort. Residence #32 has just undergone a substantial ‘21 remodel and the 2022 designer staging perfectly accentuates the large space and its ocean and outer island views.

KP #32 is a two story residence with the living (queen pull out sleeper sofa) , full kitchen, 3/4 bath and laundry, as well as a covered lanai with ocean views on the ground floor. Surfaces include brand new stainless appliances, quartz counters, new tile work, and bamboo flooring. Upstairs lives all three bedrooms with the Master and ensuite bath as well as it’s own private covered lanai (views) on the oceanside whereas the second bedroom is a mountain view with a queen bed, and the third bedroom (mtn. view) has a triple decker bunkbed (twin on the top, full on the bottom, and a pull out trundle twin bed) which is perfect for sleeping 3 little ones.

Guests love being able to walk directly across the street to Kahekili (Airport Beach) which has ample picnic tables, bbq areas, sprawling lawns, and a magnificent beach for walking, swimming, snorkeling, and epic whale and sunset watching. Also note that Castaway Cafe is within this walkable area and all that Kaanapali has to offer is a few minutes drive away.

Walking through Kaanapali Plantation one will note that this is a quiet refuge where radiantly blossoming plumeria, rainbow flower trees, coco palms, banana trees grace the rolling lawns throughout the community. There is a tennis court, shuffleboard, and a small community pool on site.

Our stay was wonderful. The unit is very clean & beautifully furnished. The kitchen is well stocked with everything that you would have in your own kitchen at home. There were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas & beach towels. The location was wonderful & the parking was easy. Beautiful sunsets can be seen from the unit. We would definitely stay there again.

This was a wonderful place for our entire family of 8 to stay for our week vacation in Maui. We brought our adult children and 3 grandchildren to experience Maui and everyone had a vacation of a lifetime. Our group ranged in age from 12 years old to 76 years and this retreat was perfect.
Thank you for helping us to provide a memorable vacation for our children!
I would recommend this property for anyone wanting a large convenient place to stay. It is walking distance to the beach, and the closest beach also has a wonderful parking area available. It was lovely waking up each morning to a spectacular view.

This rental exceeded our expectations! Details from games, towels, pool supplies, flashlights, everything was so thoughtful and stocked. There were 6 of us (4 adults and 2 kids). We loved the house, the cleanliness, decor, and location. The only thing is the bunk bed was squeaky.
We were there when the fires hit in Lahaina and felt so blessed to have a grill with 2 full propane tanks to cook with. One of the property managers came by to check on us and bring food. They let us stay an extra night for free, no questions asked. Thank you for an amazing and thoughtful experience all around. Much love to the residents of Maui.

This was our first time staying at KP 32. The management company was outstanding and the communication was great. The condo was perfect for our family of 5 but can hold more if needed. Clean and stocked w/ all necessary kitchen items. Great sunset views and personal AC in each room. We will definitely be back!! :-)

Our family of 8 stayed was quite comfortable with this open floor plan. The kitchen has many of the amenities we needed for meal prep and dining. The stacked washer/ dryer are conveniently placed in the 1st floor bathroom. There are enough bath and beach towels for everyone. There are separate temperature controls in the bedrooms and there is sufficient lighting in the unit.

Our vacation rental was exactly as described and as seen in the pictures. Hawaii Life / Maui Vacations was excellent to deal with. Megan Stice was rapid to respond and ensured we had everything we needed for our Christmas vacation. She went out of her way for us and it was much appreciated. The rental unit itself was spotless, had everything we needed for a family of 7 vacation. The location was perfect - quiet yet close to everything by car or on foot. The view, while not beachfront, was still gorgeous. I would highly recommend Hawaii Life Real Estate to help you find your perfect vacation place! Our stay at Ka’anapali Planation unit number 32 was nothing less than incredible. Our unit was well situated with access to Kahekili public beach (about a 1/2 mile away with free parking incredible snorkeling, great sunsets and a walking/running path). It was also very close to Whaler’s Village, Royal Ka’anapali golf course, Black Rock Beach, and downtown Lahaina (Front Street) with great restaurants & shopping. Our unit was modern, super clean and well stocked with basic amenities to get our stay off to a great start. Our outdoor deck area had a great view of the ocean and golf course. Enjoyed our coffee every morning out there. It also has a BBQ grill which we used twice. We used the available pool once (very clean). The grounds were also well kept with great spots for taking pictures at sunset. Property management was attentive leading up and throughout our stay and promptly responded to the few questions we had. All in all this was the best rental experience we have ever had. Truly a 5 stay. We’ll be back!!

Normally we stay in Kaanapali on the other side of the highway in condos and found KP 32 a great value. We want the comforts of home and loved their interior design. a few minutes drive to the same beaches, much less crowds and a lot more space to relax and enjoy Maui. The one piece of constructive criticism I would say is consider removing the automated messages. I'm sure for some it comes across as good service and follow up, but when I asked a question and received no response it did the opposite. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and books, videos, and games in the living room which demonstrated they know the little extras that really help to make for a better experience. Thanks again. We loved staying at your place.

We enjoyed our stay at the Ka'anapali Plantation. The place had mostly everything we needed and we appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas for our use. Beautiful view out on the deck and location made it easy to get to places by car. It was pretty quiet on the property. The property managers were very responsive. Downsides were that the queen bedroom had no closet or place to put clothes. The second bedroom had no bar in the closet to hang things. There was no bath (we have small kids) which was a bummer. It was not an easy walk to the beach and the pool was a bit dreary and cold. We had a great time because we spent most of our time at the beautiful beaches and other hotel pools and we were comfortable when we returned.

Our vacation rental in Ka’anapali Plantation had everything we needed for a wonderful family get-away! Just a short walk to the Ka’anapali beach and golf course it had all the amenities you needed including a very private pool, tennis court, shuffleboard, club house and lovely manicured grounds. Every unit is well maintained, spacious, quiet and very private. We enjoyed sitting on our upper balcony for morning coffee and barbecuing on the lower balcony for evening meals. The laundry room with a generous supply of beach towels and beach equipment was very appreciated. The hosts from Hawaii Life Real Estate were excellent and did everything they could to make our stay very enjoyable!

This was great location, the place was great for my family of seven, which included two grandkids ( 1 1/2 and 5 yrs). There was plenty of room for both kids to move around. The pool was close and parking was right in front. It was close to beaches, shops and restaurants.
The owner provided all the necessary comfort essentials for us, it even included all the coffee pods and a box of chocolates.
I highly recommend this place to families with young children.

Beautiful rental properly, close walk to the beach. Absolutely everything you need stocked in the kitchen. Even beach chairs, towels, beach blanket and sand toys for the kids. Comfortable beds and beautiful decor throughout. Close to on site pool. Lots of room for our family of 6 adults and 2 children.

Absolutely loved our time in this condo. The views were amazing! Could see whales spouting and breaching from the lanai. Condo had everything we needed. Boogie boards, snorkel gear, chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, plenty of towels. The 6 minute walk to our favorite snorkeling beach was magical. The grand views of Molokai are spectacular. Our family walk from the unit to Castaways for their banana bread was a highlight. The grounds were beautiful and peaceful. The beds were super comfy. The kitchen was fully stocked. We can’t wait to get back there again.
