**Resort Improvements Notice**: There is a resort-wide lanai railing replacement underway, and they're working on various lanais around the resort. This stack is scheduled to be worked on in June - September 2023. Currently, across the hall, the stacks are being worked on Mid-April to July 2023. Noise will be heard on the property during working hours M-F: 9 AM- 5 PM. Rates have already been discounted to reflect this impact.

#213 was a perfect location in the resort, close to stairs/elevators and the pools! It is beautifully remodeled and perfect for our family of 5! The hosts were very responsive to all communication. Only "annoying" thing were the tiny ghost ants...don't leave any sweet crumbs on the counter:)

The room was very bright and comfortable. It was conveniently located close to the pool which made it really nice for the kids. The pools and proximity to the ocean was perfect. Good little places to eat and get snacks across the street and down the road were nice. The bbq’s from the room were a bit far but was alright. Nice family friendly hotel, but plenty of space to break away and relax as well. We’ll be back.

This was one of three units that Hawaii Life Real Estate Brokers was able to coordinate for our family vacation. The unit was perfect for the young family staying there, complete with pack and play, highchair, and beach toys. As indicated, there were beach chairs and umbrellas. There is a folding wagon which was perfect for hauling groceries. The unit was modern, beautifully decorated and exceptionally well stocked. The location made it perfect for easy access to the lovely pool and hot tub. It quickly became our main home base.

We booked 2 separate units for our family trip and had an absolutely wonderful time here!

This particular unit exceeded our expectations. It's very well equipped with everything you need and MORE (stocked kitchen, beach chairs, beach wagon, cooler, umbrellas, beach/pool toys, they even provided a pack-and-play and highchair)!

The unit is on a beautiful property with two pools- one ocean front 'adult pool' and another kid friendly in the garden area, which we actually preferred. The grounds were lovely to walk around and had some lawn and beach games that were a nice touch (giant connect 4 & corn hole). The location is great!! Walking distance to a grocery store, farmer's market, ABC and some late night spots. You are right on the beach and it's a quick 3-5 minutes to get to the boardwalk (Duke's is a 10 minute or less walk). You are about a 8 minute drive to Whaler's Village.

The unit itself was very clean upon arrival. It has two spacious bedrooms and both beds were comfortable. The balconies overlooking the pool provided a nice view.

The Team managing the property were very responsive to any inquiry leading up to the trip and during our stay. They also provided us with easy check in and check out instructions which made the stay extra smooth. Quite possibly the friendliest and easiest property management I've encountered.

Would highly recommend and hopefully we can visit again!

Check-in information was delivered a week in advance and was very helpful. The condo is very spacious, updated, and relatively private. The location is perfect. Resort is paradise. Food trucks are right next to the parking lot out front.

Only negatives: we did have a plumbing issue when we first walked in, but a plumber was able to replace the part that same night. Wasn't a big deal, stuff happens. Also, there is a gym on-site but it's run by a third-party company and it's not cheap.

Highly recommend. Great spot.

Location location location! Beautiful Sandy Beach right there at the resort. Perfect for coffee in the morning and cocktails with an amazing sunset in the evening. The condo provides Tommy Bahama beach chairs and soft coolers. The deck overlooks a large swimming pool where you can hear live music Wednesday evenings and watch the torch lighting ceremony on Thursdays. There is a restaurant On the property however I really don’t suggest it. Appetizers and drinks were OK but for entrées I would go somewhere else. There are two markets within walking distance so you can stock up. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook at the condo.
The room is extremely quiet, you don’t hear neighbors at all. Nicely remodeled with great taste and quality products. Everything was new , clean and comfortable. I didn’t check but the beds felt like memory foam.

We brought our own beach umbrella and snorkel sets. You can rent both on site but it’s very expensive. You can snorkel right off the beach at the condo and see some pretty cool things. Lots of people had boogie boards so if you’re into that you might wanna bring your own.
We highly recommend this condo and if we ever go back to Maui, we will be staying here again.

From my first email inquiry about this rental to checkout, the level of customer service has been amazing. The condo was exactly as advertised (I'd say better) which is such a great feeling because I have certainly rented condos that are disappointing once you arrive. You will not be disappointed with this condo! We had a wonderful stay!
