This is the Ultimate direct beachfront rental residence at over 1,500 sq.ft. of interior living area and you know exactly which property you are renting rather than going through the front desk. The home also features a wrap-around deck that provides an additional 498 sq.ft. of effective outdoor living area with plenty of chairs and chaises to enjoy the stunning views. This property was just recently sold in late 2021 and has been expertly decorated by a professional design team that exudes carefree textures, colors, and patterns.

Immediately upon walking in the front entry, you get the WOW factor of the massive ocean view that spans the entire islands of Lanai and Molokai making it perfect for year round to die for sunsets and spectacular whale watching in the winter. This open concept features ocean views from the kitchen/living area, the master bedroom with it’s own entry out to the covered lanai. This residence is very comfortable and well equipped as a home away from home and will sleep a party of six with the couch being a pull out sleeper sofa.

Directly fronting Kaanapali Shores lives a seasonal golden sand beach and one that is year round just 50 steps away to the North. Our beachfront condo was all anyone could ask for a perfect trip to Kaanapali, Maui. Plenty of room for the four of us and the most incredible lanai. Saw lots of whales and turtles. We were mesmerized by the crashing of the waves. The condo was pristine and had everything we needed.

The condo is beautiful and we spent mornings and evenings on the lanai watching rainbows and spectacular sunsets. The location on Kaanapali beach can't be beat and the condo is well-supplied with beach equipment. The location is convenient to markets and a few restaurants, which we were able to walk to. Management was friendly and responsive. We would definitely book this lovely condo again.

Such a beautiful condo with ocean views. Condo is sparkling clean and has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. The beds are so comfortable. You see the whales right out the Lanai. When I needed anything the property management was quick to respond . Mahalo, we will be back.

We highly recommend Kaanapali Shores #502. The lodging was just as shown (exceptional). The Stice Team did a great job of making certain that we had everything that we needed from the time that we arrived until the time that we departed. You cannot beat the location. We did 2 whale watching excursions while in Maui, but actually saw much more whale activity from our balcony. We are already discussing a return visit, and will make certain that we stay at the resort.

There are no words to describe the condo. It was absolutely perfect in every ways. The beds were comfortable, the location was perfect, the views of the ocean are unreal. My family consisted of myself, my husband and two young boys (7 and 9 years old) along with my parents. My parents stayed in hawaii several times and said that they have never stayed anyplace remotely as nice as this condo. Both of my boys insisted that this was the best vacation ever. The hosts were amazing from the moment we made reservations through checkout. I inquired about ordering air mattress to be delivered since my boys did not like sharing beds and without hesitation the host ordered the air mattress at no additional cost and had it available for our use. The kitchen was fully stocked with all bakewares, dishes, utensils, etc. The handy beach cart was also available along with multitude beach gears. The host thought everything in making the trip amazing. We all felt comfortable with the size and location. We would definitely book this place next time we return.

This property has an unbeatable view (seriously, unbeatable) and the property management is exceptionally responsive and thoughtful. There are numerous personal touches throughout the unit (i.e. binoculars so that you can get a good view of the whale show right out front) and think of pretty much everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The building itself is old, and some things are kind of unavoidable (old plumbing, lower water pressure, etc.) but overall I would recommend this place for future guests.

I cannot say enough good things about this location as well as the accommodations. Resturant’s on site have excellent food. Parking is easy staff is super helpful. Food truck park next to this complex. Excellent grocery store and several good restaurants right across the street. Will most definitely will return annually.

The Beachfront is so incredible I could have stayed inside the whole time. It's clean, bright and has panoramic views. The whales were spouting the entire time. A very special getaway.

The condo is exactly as described in the pictures and videos. I have to say that the mattresses were so comfortable I asked the rental company for the brand so we could buy them for our home. The beachfront location is absolutely perfect. We went snorkeling right outside our balcony and saw so many fish and even sea turtles. Kaanapali Shores had so much to do for my family and children; from the pool, spa, corn hole, pickleball, tennis courts, beach rentals, restaurant, and even a food/souvenir market in the building. We had a minor issue in the condo and Hawaii Life was quick to respond and so helpful. I would absolutely rent with them again with zero hesitation.

Excellent, well equipped condo that has everything you need for a great vacation stay. Located near Lahaina with lots of amenities in the resort including a restaurant. We watched mom and baby whales from the lanai. Also a sea turtle and seal came up on the beach below our condo. Totally enjoyed the stay. We will be back.

We took our 2 year old to Maui for the first time, wanted to make sure he stayed in a great place, a comfortable place. It did not disappoint. The views were amazing. The unit was fully stocked with everything you could need on a Hawaii trip! We will be going back to this rental. The host and management group were amazing as well!

This is a fantastic place! Location and beach front can’t be beat. It has everything you would incredible ocean view of Molokai and Lanai (and every sunset!), incredible beach front with great swimming and snorkeling off shore, great location with stores, shops and restaurants within walking distance, short distance to Lahaina and all of the island treasures. The condo is wonderfully appointed - furniture, art, space very tasteful and easy to live in. I have to say, this is probably the best organized VRBO we have every stayed in! All kitchen utensils were new and simply organized, glasses, dishes, beach gear, etc. - all there, easy to find, like new. Property management had great communication and was very responsive to our questions! The restaurant at the Kaanapali Shores was at the top of the list for happy hour - especially their calamari! (FYI...Captain Jack’s in Lahaina and Kula Cafe in Up Country tied for the best calamari.) Fantastic. Beach walk - every morning for 3 miles all the way to Black Rock and back, swimming every day - ocean or one of the great pools, tennis or pickle ball available - great for young or older families! If you are looking for a location to build wonderful memories for years to come, we recommend this place!

Great place. Awesome deck overlooking the ocean. Best sleep I've had in memory with sliding glass doors open facing the ocean. Lots of room. Solid kitchen. Beach out front is minimal but very close of other beaches and activities.
