This home not only has a great ocean and Molokai island view from the covered balcony but also from the entire living, dining, and kitchen area as well. Stepping out from the serene living area onto the interior courtyard of the resort lets you experience people watching (Thursday nights live Hawaiian music and Hula Show) of the pool waterfall and atrium area. This residence was professionally designed and remodeled by a well skilled team and is as fresh as they come. This Modern coastal design exudes a laid back breezy vibe and draws inspiration from the expansive view of the Pacific where the canvas of blues and teals change daily.

Residence #746 does a spectacular job of inviting the coastal beach vibes into the interior of the home with its light, colorful, and attractive furnishings and decor. Kaanapali Shores Resort Features:

This popular 10-acre destination resort features two freshwater swimming pools. One pool is Oceanside adjacent to the Beach Club Restaurant & Bar with pool side service. The main resort pool is incredible with beautiful illumination for night swimming. Two hot tubs, Puamana Day Spa, Fitness Center (daily fee of $7), two tennis courts and a Pickleball court. Parking at the resort is $9.95 a day and will be paid at the front desk in the lobby.

There are convenient gift shops, a food pantry store and Artist Gallery. Many activities (when Resort offers) including Hula lessons, Ukulele lessons, introductory Scuba certification and more.

Directly across the street and within 2 minutes walking distance lives a full service grocery store, multiple restaurants, and a plethora of food trucks- be sure to try the Crispy Opakapaka on a bed of Mango Salad from Thai by Siri!

This unit comes with everything you need for the perfect vacation! It has been nicely upgraded with new furnishings. It's rare to find a unit this nice with laundry, a fully equipped kitchen, on the beach with great pools AND a restaurant on site. This is a rare find for this price! Friendly staff, food trucks on the lot next door, grocery store across the street, you couldn't ask for more. We have stayed on the property many times and always enjoy our stay! Highly recommend!

We have stayed in many condos at Kaanapali Shores and this one is our #1 pick. Beautifully updated, all the supplies we needed, comfortable bed and of course a stunning view of the ocean and resort. Hawaii Life staff were very prompt to take care of any minor issues we had. Strongly recommend . We certainly will plan to book this condo again when we return to Maui.

We love this resort and have been here often. This condo was well appointed and had most of what we needed. It was clean and the bed was super comfortable. The management team was communicative. And we have no complaints there.
The view from this condo is not as pictured. The tree is smack dab in the middle, so you can’t really see the ocean. The other thing is that in the evenings and afternoons if there are a lot of children in the pool, you are going to hear them loud and clear. I forgot about that when we rented this unit that it would be right over the pool, the most of the children use. But that was on me not on the management team.
I would recommend this condo. It was good for the price it was comfortable. It was clean and we really enjoyed our stay.

This was our first time in Maui. We really enjoyed staying in this. The view of the ocean, pool, and grounds was spectacular. They provide lots amenities to make your stay comfortable. The binoculars were great for whale watching. The kitchen was well stocked, including pots, pans, dishes, coffee makers (kcup and traditional) and a pressure cooker. We enjoyed eating breakfast on the private lanai. There were also beach chairs, towels, and a wagon in the hall closet. The bed was comfy, and the two smart tvs were a nice touch. The grounds were beautifully manicured into a tropical paradise. We enjoyed walking around the gardens and taking picture of the plants and water features. There were two pools to choose from, and an onsite restaurant for convenience...however it was in close proximity to many other upscale shopping and restaurants with beautiful oceanviews. Parking and a gym were available for a fee. The reaort itself is pretty wuiet compared to others. There is a grocery store across the street and nightly food trucks within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for sharing this piece of paradise with us.

This condo is located within the Aston Kaanapali Shores hotel. Since my family was staying their I decided to as well. Me and my two sons (age 14 and 11) stayed in the unit.
Pros: Newly renovated, comfortable king sized bed, washer and dryer, the lanai was breathtaking, SILENT dishwasher, large fridge/freezer with filtered water and ice maker, great array of kitchen utensils, lots of extra towels, four beach towels, chairs, umbrella and sand toys for our use in the unit, keyless entry, allowed for early check in (when available), VERY responsive management company who even left a welcome gift and card! Loved the location (grocery store, Papi Ohana's, a great fish market, food trucks and more in walking distance) but I think my teenager would've rather have been at Black Rock beach, more action. Hotel has both a kid pool and adult pool. Drinks at on-site restaurant were good, my son loved the smoothies!
Cons: Pull out couch wasn't big enough or comfortable for my 6'1" 14 year old, hard to keep sand out of the unit with only a broom (Dustbuster or cordless vacuum might be a good addition), pool noise could be a con for some, but I loved being able to see my older boys play down below while enjoying happy hour at the room. The hotel is very strict on quiet hours so it was never a problem. There are no slides or water features, but there was a cool grotto in the kids pool. The on-site restaurant's food was awful.

This was one of three units that Hawaii Life Real Estate Brokers was able to coordinate for our family vacation. The unit was perfect for the young family staying there, complete with pack and play, highchair, and beach toys. As indicated, there were beach chairs and umbrellas and a folding wagon. The unit was modern, nicely decorated and very comfortable with a large couch to curl up on. Great unit!

We booked 2 separate units for our family trip and had an absolutely wonderful time here!

The unit is very well equipped with everything you need and MORE (stocked kitchen, beach chairs, beach wagon, cooler, umbrellas, beach/pool toys, they even provided a pack-and-play and highchair)!

The unit is on a beautiful property with two pools- one ocean front 'adult pool' and another kid friendly in the garden area, which we actually preferred. The location is great! Walking distance to a grocery store, farmer's market, ABC and some late night spots. You are right on the beach and it's a quick 3-5 minutes to get to the boardwalk (Duke's is a 10 minute or less walk). You are about a 8 minute drive to Whaler's Village.

The room itself was clean upon arrival. Beds were comfortable. The winning aspect of the room was for sure the view it provided!

The Team managing the property were very responsive to any inquiry leading up to the trip and during our stay. They also provided us with easy check in and check out instructions which made the stay extra smooth. Quite possibly the friendliest and easiest property management I've encountered.

Would highly recommend and hopefully we can visit again!

From beginning to end, communication was perfect. Condo was ideally located and equipped. Were asked to have no sand on floors upon departure. This was and interesting request for a condo at the beach. We did indeed sweep it clean for the owners, though.

We loved our stay at this resort in this lovely unit with great ocean views. The decor is contemporary, clean and cozy and had all the amenities you would want and more. From beach chairs and an umbrella to all the cooking. We had fun spending time by the pool. It's walkable to the grocery, beaches, food trucks and restaurants. Highly recommend!
