The property is updated very nicely, and the location is just fantastic.

The condo-complex is very family friendly, and our stay was during the tail end of the Holiday break from schools, so there were quite a few families in the complex, which did equate to noisier times, but nothing unbearable, just worth noting if visitors are looking for an adult only environment.

The property comes Very well equipped with items for a comfortable stay, including a well stocked kitchen, and just the right amount of outdoor accouterments - beach chairs, soft sided cooler, and a wagon to cart everything to the pool or the beach.

The wagon should be required for every vacation property on the islands - this item alone made our daily beach activities easier, more convenient, and more enjoyable. We only needed to add a beach umbrella, which we rented from a nearby Boss Frogs at a very reasonable rate.

The property location is fantastic. It is close to the pool area and the outdoor grilling and eating areas. Our favorite part is close proximity and the less than 10 minute walk to the beach just across the street. Just load up the wagon with chairs & a cooler, and you are in the sand in minutes. The view from the Lenai is lovely for morning sunrises and evening sunsets.

We only had a few questions arise for our hosts (Kristin & Robert), and they were very responsive and attentive to anything that came up for us.

Wonderful property, fantastic location, very well equipped with the essentials = a lovely vacation.
