During the summer months you will enjoy lake like ocean conditions looking out towards the gentle silhouette of Molokai. In winter, you gaze upon the mighty humpbacks blasting out of the water as the mesmerizing winter swells splash into the shoreline fronting the Bay Villas.

The large primary suite lives upstairs where a breathtaking glass staircase cascades down like the I’ao river from the upper level to the lower- grounding a sense personal harmony. Colorful owner commissioned custom art brings joy and warmth as you venture up to your resting place. A sumptuous king bed is perfectly framed with custom Italian light fixtures descending from the ceiling. The 550 count Pima cotton linens lull you to sleep while your devices charge on the bedside iHome docking station.

One of the favorite seats in the house is from the two plush chairs that live in an enclave directly overlooking the ocean where you see nothing but the azure of the Pacific and the verdant Molokai sea cliffs and swaying palms. There is an additional lounge area off the primary bedroom that has a sleek sleeper sofa and is a great place to read your favorite novel.

This home has a ton of character and one of my favorite aspects is the contrast of the light (upstairs) meets dark (downstairs), equally elegant marble bathrooms with stunning walk-in showers, floating vanities, and motion censored LED lighting. The multifaceted textures and tasteful color combinations of interior walls are elegant and romantic. Chiseled natural stone meets warm wood creating balance and beauty throughout.

Enjoy the ocean/ sunset views and your favorite libation from the built-in bar area while prepping your culinary favorites( the owner’s is her speciality onolicious Maui banana bread). Keep your beverages cold in the Sub-Zero Fridge and food hot on the Wolf induction range. Handsome wood grain custom cabinetry, and dark quartzite surfaces appease the most discerning of tastes.

On the makai side (ocean) of this residence lives one of the serene and quiet pools and the grassy area surrounding it has you venturing down the staircase that leads to soft white sand of Oneloa Bay.

The Kapalua Bay Villas lives direct oceanfront sits in the middle of the Kapalua Coastal walking trail between two Stunning white sand beaches- Kapalua Bay and its spectacular swimming and snorkeling to the south and Oneloa Bay and its famed oceanfront boardwalk to the north. There are multiple pool areas on property with outdoor grilling spaces and immaculate tennis courts.

Walking distance to Merriman’s Kapalua, Cane and Canoe at the next door Montage, as well as the Seahouse Restaurant sitting on the golden sand shores of Napili Bay. The Kapalua Tennis and pickle-ball center is a short walk from the Bay Villas and golfers can challenge themselves to both the Scenic Bay Course and Championship Plantation Course.

Spectacular home with spectacular views in spectacular location. Beautifully furnished with best stocked and updated kitchen of any vacation home we’ve ever been in. Stunning, almost private, beach with all beach equipment provided. Coastal trail right out the back yard. And orchids in every room. Excellent communication with management. Perfect vacation.
