This residence changed ownership in early 2022 and we are proud to share introductory pricing specials on this refreshed and very: comfortable, clean, and well equipped vacation home. The vast majority of the furniture is brand new including the high end sleeper sofa and king bed, brand new flat screen tvs, and new interior lighting and kitchenware, linens, and beach equipment throughout. This residence has one of the very best “Walk in and WOW” ocean views in the entire resort stretching from the west end of Molokai all the way out to the stunning World Class Honolua Bay.

Kapalua Ridge sits in the heart of the Kapalua Resort overlooking and within short walking distance of the stunning white sand beach of Oneloa Bay which is uncrowded during even the busiest of times and is one of the very few beach locations that you get Epic sunsets and sunrises (Amazing!) This one of the few beach walkable locations within the Ridge as it’s on the front line and you don’t have to trek all of your gear up the hill. Furthermore, it is a 1 minute walk to the main pool and bbq cabana area. Guests love the gorgeous and serene natural surroundings where peace and quiet are paramount. Enjoy the sounds of Hawaiian songbird’s sonnets as you take in deep breaths of clean air and fragrant plumeria and hibiscus trees as you gaze out to watch the whale’s breaching or to die for sunsets.

This floor plan comfortably sleeps 4 adults with a full secondary bathroom accommodating those sleeping in the living room and the ensuite master bathroom for the primary suite. Enjoy A/C in both the main living area and master bedroom as well as an in-residence washer/dryer. This townhome comes with two large covered parking areas.

Kapalua is known for its stunning natural beauty, its comfortable weather with a bit of rainfall and consistent tradewinds, and a strong sense of seclusion and tranquility. Kapalua has some of the very best walking weather on all of Maui and has some great hikes/walks including: the Kapalua Coastal Trail, Mahana Ridge Trail, and the old Village Course walking trail.

My wife and I spent our (3 year delayed) honeymoon here, and it was perfect. Very quiet place, tons of cool trails and shoreline to explore right outside your door, and a 10 minute drive from Kaanapali beach.

The Stice team kept us well informed leading up to our stay with any and all information. The property was incredibly clean and well maintained. 5 stars all around, thanks so much!

Was a beautiful well stocked villa on the hill overlooking the water and Molakai. It was better than advertised. Also, great communication from the management group. We didn’t need anything but felt they would respond quickly if we would have. The Kapalua shuttle was very convenient. We took it to the other beaches down the road. Didn’t need to worry about parking and made the beach days that much better! I can’t wait to book my next trip!

Kapula Ridge 321

The condo is spacious, comfortably furnished, has a beautiful view, is quiet, has every amenity you could think of, and gracious hosts. They even provided us with a high chair and pack n play for our grandson who visited for occasional meals and rest time. Obviously Maui is a wonderful place for a visit and we enjoyed every minute. The wildfire devastation was hard to comprehend. We were happy to be able to do a small part in the economic recovery. Y’all come. Kapula Ridge 321 is an excellent place to stay.

We stayed at this property at the end of July 2022. This was our third trip to Kapalua and our best experience yet.

The villa had everything. I'll start with the view. The views from the lanai were amazing. The pictures in the listing, while nice, does not do the views justice. It was great waking up and walking out to the lanai to drink coffee or mimosas. There's also a lounger on the lanai as well to take an afternoon nap, as well as a water faucet to wash off your sandy coolers.

The kitchen had everything you could possibly want. We were in Kapalua for six days and made two to three meals a day. There was a Lazy Susan in the kitchen that had every pot/pan you could want. There was also cooking/baking dishes tons of silverware, cups, plates and cooking utensils. (There was even spices, EVOO, and Pam spray to use... AMAZING! And much appreciated.

The living room has a newer large TV where we watched shows at night. The furniture was comfy and the couch had a pull-out that could sleep two people.

The bedroom had a super comfy King size bed and a nice sized Master bathroom. There was a second bathroom with a walk-in shower, closet and washer/dryer.

Finally, the amenities we appreciated the most were the items you can take to the beach (insulated cooler, bags for carrying things to the beach, and four Tommy Bahama beach chairs, outstanding)! We even left behind a boogey board for future families. I can't tell you how much these amenities are appreciated. The less you have to rent, the better.

Finally, communication with the property management group was excellent. They were friendly, helpful and answered our questions throughout our stay.

Napili Beach, where you can rental stand-up paddle boards, et. al. was a 15 minute walk and the general store was about a 10 minute walk from our villa. Fleming Beach, great for snorkeling with the sea turtles, was a five minute drive from Kapalua.

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo. We really didn’t know the area very well, so we just researched the best we could and went with it according to the pictures and description. But when we arrived, we were very pleasantly surprised by the condo itself and also the area surrounding it. The neighborhood is immaculately manicured and is so conveniently located to walk to the beach in just a few minutes (less than 10 walking at a stroll pace). The view from the balcony is absolutely beautiful. The beds are comfortable ( 2 kids, 2 adults) and it was perfect. Ofcourse one more bedroom would have been optimal, but we did not want to go into that price range for our vacation, so we made due with the pullout couch. The couch looked to be brand new and quite comfortable for being a pullout! The king bed was truly very comfy. Very impressive. The other great things were the kitchen being so conveniently stocked with the essentials and also the beach equipment and towels that were available for our use. This was very helpful to us and we did enjoy using them. There were even coolers there if you need them. We highly recommend this property to anyone interested in this area on Maui. The snorkeling nearby was wonderful. Really beautiful fish and clean water to swim in and explore. The formations in the water from the previous volcano from many years ago. Absolutely stunning. I would say the only downside to staying in this location is the distance it is from Hana. But all of the other things outweighed that for us, so we Loved it!! Highly recommend. One more thing that was so wonderful, was working with the property management company who listed this property. They are very professional and organized. They sent us links for ideas form restaurants, activities and were always there if we had questions or needs. ⭐️��������. We loved our stay!!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Kapalua Ridge Villas 321. This was our first time staying at "the Ridge" after many stays at The Bay Villas. Overall, the property is quite nice. It was very clean upon arrival. The dedicated, roofed parking space is a plus. The view is spectacular. The lanai is large. We ate most of our meals there except when it rained. The unit was quiet (with one exception that I'll note below. The very large TVs were a plus. The pool with grills is only about 100 feet from the unit. The only cons were these: The bathrooms and kitchen have not been upgraded. They were clean and functional, but could use "refreshing." The air conditioners are wall units vs. central air. I assume that this was a retrofit and that there is no practical place to put an outside unit for central air. They are placed high in the living room and bedroom, which minimizes noise, but they are still noisier than central air. Altogether, this is a very nice unit and we would stay there again.

We loved this place. It had great character with a blend of updated and retro, it was incredibly clean, fully stocked and then some with everything we could imagine, great location with a beautiful view of the ocean off the lanai. It is a 5 min walk to the beach or the walking paths along the cliffs, close to restaurants & grocery stores. Quick and friendly response time from the hosts and very comfortable. We will definitely rebook this spot when we return.
