Dine just off the kitchen with seating for 4 at the table and 2 at the waterfall edge counter bar. Prepare fresh meals in the fully stocked kitchen with brand new large and small appliances. Relax in cool comfort with A/C, ceiling fans, flat screen smart TV & high speed WIFI.

Enjoy spectacular ocean views from the spacious lanai, perfect for sun-bathing, ocean gazing or enjoying a mai tai at sunset.

The primary bedroom offers a king bed, access to the lanai and beautiful ocean views from the bed, as well as an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

The second bedroom offers a queen bed and a second bathroom just down the hall - all rooms are completely and beautifully remodeled.

The sofa in the living room is a fold out sofa bed.

There is not a washer dryer in the unit, there are shared laundry facilities on each floor of this complex.

* We are using enhanced cleaning protocols and rigorous cleaning standards in our units which include; allowing more time for cleaners to utilize our enhanced room by room cleaning checklist, sanitizing high touch surfaces, using disinfecting cleaning products approved by health experts, washing all linens at a high heat setting, and more.

Stayed for 10 nights in this clean and modern condo. Watched whales from the Lanai daily. Great location and made for a very comfortable stay. Would highly recommend it!

This condo was beyond exceptional! From the moment we walked in the door and saw the expansive ocean view, we felt the impact of a true Hawaiian vacation spot. Every detail of the condo was well thought out and there was a variety of extras such as beach chairs, towels, additional air conditioning units if needed, etc. that made our stay that much more enjoyable. The grounds and the pool area were nice and access to the beach was quick. It’s centrally located in Kihei which made it easy for us to drive/walk to all of the restaurants and shops nearby. Communication with the rental company was seamless, they responded quickly and kindly to anything we needed. I will plan to stay at this location every time I’m on Maui and will be recommending it to all of my friends and family. Thank you Kristen and Robert, truly it was a pleasure to stay in your piece of paradise.
