Large sliding glass doors let in plenty of natural light, creating a bright and airy space with soaring ceilings. Brand new Split A/C and fans in every room will keep you in cool comfort. There is space for up to 6 guests with a sofa bed in the living room, a king bed in the lofted master bedroom and a king bed in the downstairs guest bedroom.
Enjoy lush garden views and meals on the spacious lanai, overlooking the large sparkling pool and a serene oasis.

The master bedroom upstairs is lofted for a spacious airy feel, yet still provides a feeling of privacy and has a king size bed. Downstairs, the guest bedroom closes off for additional privacy and has a king size bed and plenty of closet space and shelving. Each bathroom is fully stocked with all of the amenities you will need, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and aloe after sun gel.

* We are using enhanced cleaning protocols and rigorous cleaning standards in our units which include; allowing more time for cleaners to utilize our enhanced room by room cleaning checklist, sanitizing high touch surfaces, using disinfecting cleaning products approved by health experts, washing all linens at a high heat setting, and more.

We loved our stay in HI. This condo was bright and spacious. I loved the open concept that brought everyone together in a central place, but it had the loft and bedroom spaces for privacy. It is well stocked and the communication and customer service was excellent!

One of the most relaxing vacations, as many parks and restaurants were closed. This condo was well equipped, comfortable, clean, tasteful and the owner easy to deal with. I like Koa Resort.

We were two couples traveling together in Maui. This was the perfect gathering space to talk about our day's adventures. Very clean and has plenty of amenities. Not right on the beach, but close to everything! Would definitely stay again.

The property was beautiful and updated. The condo was very clean and had a wonderful welcome. The lights and tv were on, curtains were open to see the views out the windows, multiple products to use during our stay, which was very useful since we got sun burned. We had a great experience and the home was lovely.

We are a family of 4. Two adult children that rented this location for about 10 days. We really enjoyed everything in Kihei and the Property. The Unit was excellent and the property had everything we needed. Everything was great and would recommend to anyone. The only reason we will not be renting this unit again is it is too close to the busy road of Kihei. Our tradition is always to gather on the deck in the morning for coffee and just too much road noise for our liking. You do not hear inside the unit but our quiet morning coffee in the morning is very important to us. We are coming back to Kihei in 2024 but staying at another location.

Fantastic condo. Love the Norwex and chem-free environment. Very relaxing. Added my own white mini lights to soften the lighting (could use one more warm floor lamp on TV wall). Kitchen was amazingly outfitted, bathrooms were high end. Beds are new and extremely comfortable. Road noise was a little louder than expected even with increasing traffic on Maui, so kept doors shut at night with A/C on to avoid noise. Overall, a great value!

This is a great condo it has all the amenities that anyone could ask for and comes full stocked with Norwex and doterra products. It is centrally located on Maui making excursions easy. There is a great kids beach located just across the street and plenty of stores and restaurants within a 5 minute drive. Our hosts went above and beyond expectations with assisting when small problems arose and providing any info we required. This is definitely one of the nicer condos at the resort. Only draw back is the road is fairly loud when sitting out on the lanai at night. Great place for family with kids
