My Son, Daughter and Spouse, 2 grandchildren and I enjoyed our stay here as a base for exploring the nearby parks and beaches. The air conditioned bedrooms were a plus. The back bedroom could use a fan. The kitchen was great and well stocked, which was much appreciated. The lanai was our favorite hangout. If the lanai doors had screens, they could be left open to catch the breezes at night. Without screens too many bugs get in. All in all, this was a lovely roomy place and we had great time here.

Home was perfect for us and our daughter's family of four. Convenient to the beach and shopping. Home set among numerous tropical trees and flowers and a very quiet neighborhood. Kitchen modern and good beds for sleeping. Wonderful outdoor Lanai was used a lot.

This house was exactly as shown, but better! Beds were so comfy. The place was stocked great! The couch was so comfortable we took some naps on it also. The lanai was beautifully set & the view was awesome. Thank you for sharing your home!

We were very pleased with the accommodations. The home was very comfortable, clean and everyone had their space. The beds were more comfortable than my own bed at home! Hi quality sheets and bedding. We barbecued one evening and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the pots and pans and utensils we needed. Close to beaches! Loved it!

My family & I rented this home in Magic Sands while on a trip to Hawaii to visit my brother and we had the most wonderful time! The home was beautiful, clean & spacious. It offered everything we needed for the beach, cooking & living for 10 days. The beds were also extremely comfortable and that is feedback from the whole family! The view from the home was beautiful and the neighborhood was quiet but also kid friendly. We were a quick walk to a local beach and about 10 minute drive into town. Would love to stay here again and highlighy recommend this property!

This was a great location for us! (Four adults and three older girls.) The house was stocked with everything we needed - bathroom supplies, kitchen supplies, laundry supplies, even a couple sets of snorkel gear and a pair of body boards! The beds are genuinely queen sized. The house has A/C units in each of the bedrooms and we slept comfortably. The main living space has no A/C so I don’t know how it stayed cool but it did. The large dining table is on the lanai and we were able to eat every meal comfortably outside, even when a surprise rain shower popped up. There are lots of joggers up and down Ali’i Drive in the morning, and the car traffic knows to watch out for the pedestrians. La’aloa Avenue also provides a giant slope for hill repeats if you’re looking for that. You do need a car for the Big Island, and for this property as well, but the grocery store, etc, at Keauhou Shopping Center is very close and convenient. My friend’s daughter says the boba at Da Shaved Ice Place there is the best she’s had!

We had a very nice stay in Kona, Hawaii. The house was nice and well furnished. It's on a quiet cul-de-sac and has a nice patio sitting area with a bit of a view of ocean.Very nice rental overall.

I was very pleased with the home. It was clean and roomy for a family of seven. The location was ideally situated close to the beach. I enjoyed hearing the birds early in the morning. The beach equipment came very handy for us. I highly recommend this home to anyone that wants get away and relax.
