What an unbelievable week in our Condo. I don’t think it could have been any better. From the amazing views, to the duel head shower to the snorkeling steps from the building, everything was great. Even when we had a little hiccup with a cooler not being available, the management staff got us a new one right away. This place hit everything our family of 4 needed for a great vacation in Maui. Highly recommend and we will be back.

It was a good location. Nice views for sure. The A/C being out made it very uncomfortable to sleep at night and the portable units that were brought in to cool it down were very ineffective.

It is noteworthy that you were substantially financially compensated for the completely unexpected building-wide A/C failure. Furthermore, there were 3 very well functioning portable AC units that were brought down to the property in a timely fashion that are rated at 500 sq.ft. per unit and are very effective as we regularly test and monitor them. Lastly, we are really disappointed considering the very poor condition that you left the property in when you departed which you were not charged for any excessive cleaning fees and as well multiple damaged linens and towels.

This property is fantastic. We came to see whales and we sure did. But there were turtles and sunsets too. The facility is comfortable and nicely appointed, and the layout is great for four people. Lastly, the property managers were responsive and easy to deal with. We highly recommend this property for your tropical vacation paradise.

We’ve stayed at various condos in the Mahana over several years. This was the most beautiful view of all (although all the views are wonderful). It’s not only a corner unit, but a corner looking down kaanapali beach, which made it perfect. The management company did a great job and made the whole process wonderful. The beds were very comfortable and the unit was very clean, as well as simply beautiful. The only two minor suggestions I have are minimal: usually such a beautiful condo with this view has binoculars. I wish they had some in this unit because the whales and turtles were very active. Secondly, it would have been wonderful to have a few spices in the kitchen. Both issues were pretty insignificant. These aren’t complaints, just suggestions. This condo is perfect and will be a joy for anyone who’s thinking of renting! We loved every minute and it was so hard to leave!

My family of 4 adults had a really great time staying at Mahana 1119. The place was just as advertised and the view beautiful. Our family really enjoyed the additional items left in the closet for our use. The beach chairs, beach umbrella, and cooler came in very handy. The view overlooking the beach and along the coast was beautiful for people watching. We would definitely come back to this place again.

We loved this condo. From the dining room and balcony you have a direct view of the ocean and reef below (this is a beachfront unit) and we saw sea turtles daily, plus seals and manta rays at times as well. Whales could occasionally be seen though pretty far away. The unit was clean and spacious and included Tommy Bahama chairs and umbrellas for the beach. We would stay here again if it is available! Walking distance to Duke’s and even Whaler’s Village if you’re willing to go 2 miles, which we did daily.
