Surrounded by a beautifully manicured landscape full of greenery and tropical foliage, this property offers guests their own slice of paradise. This home features a spacious lanai including a variety of comfortable lounging and dining areas with postcard-worthy ocean and mountain views. Savor your morning cup of coffee listening to gentle ocean waves, or enjoy a front row seat to the spectacular show that is a Hanalei Bay sunset. The lanai is covered so you will be able to utilize this space during rain or shine! Guests also have access to an outdoor gas grill, beach chairs, and towels.

Step through sliding glass doors into your charming home-away from home. Floor to ceiling windows bring in the dramatic views and illuminate the space with abundant natural light. An open floor plan, impressive high-beam ceilings, and multiple fans allow for optimal air flow throughout the home. Open the windows in the morning to enjoy cooling trade-winds, Kauai’s natural air conditioning!

A spacious living area features ample seating with comfortable couches and oversized chairs, tasteful island decor, and of course, ocean views! The chef of your group will love spending time in the fully-equipped kitchen and preparing meals while enjoying the tropical views. The kitchen includes everything you need to feel at home or prepare an island-inspired meal including a coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, microwave, and cooking utensils. Appointed dining areas inside the home and on the lanai provide plenty of space for entertaining and enjoying a meal at home.

This home includes three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms include king beds and the third offers two single beds. The island vibe follows into the bedrooms with stylish bedding and decor, as well as large windows to bring in natural light and colorful views. Each bedroom includes high ceilings with fans, closet space, and air conditioning. A washer and dryer is also included.

The Makana Nui is in an ideal location for exploring the north shore. Walking distance into the infamous Hanalei town, you will find everything from restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and equipment rentals. Nearby activities include sightseeing and boat tours along the Na Pali Coast, kayaking on the Hanalei River, Ke'e Beach, and hiking a variety of trails. Only a 10-minute drive to Princeville golf, tennis, athletic club, shopping center, and restaurants.

This house is absolutely perfect. It was stocked with all the comforts of home - kitchen supplies, bedding, towels. The home has a great layout and very comfortable furniture and amenities. The location is unbeatable! Walk to the town of Hanalei, steps to the beach across the most gorgeous expanse of lawn. You are close to the pier and lifeguard station, but far enough where it feels like a private piece of Kauai Heaven. I highly recommend this property and hope to back!

This home is delightful. The porch and deck at the sand's edge are the highlights. Sunsets, the Bali Hai view and rainbows are amazing. The beds and furniture are comfortable and there are lots of places to lounge. We have stayed here a couple times and will definitely return. Mahalo.
