This Maui villa is perfectly positioned, footsteps from the waves at Makena Beach, a short stroll to Ahihi Bay for snorkeling, paddle boarding and kayaking, yet just minutes away from world class golf, tennis, award winning restaurants and fine shopping.

Makena Sunset is a privately gated, fenced in property on a beautifully lush landscaped acre of land. The three breezy bedrooms (including two master suites for privacy), accommodate up to six people who will assuredly enjoy a once in a lifetime Hawaiian dream vacation.

Makena Sunset’s architecture, built as a “V” facing the ocean, is perfectly designed to accentuate the panoramic ocean views along with a luxury heated pool, hot tub and BBQ in the courtyard. Covered lanais make the perfect setting for alfresco dining while enjoying dramatic sunsets and unmatched expansive views of Molokini Crater and Kaho’olawe.

A meticulously manicured lawn and tropical landscaping separate the property from the Pacific Ocean itself which is only steps beyond the edge of the property. Indoors, enjoy the massive, open-concept Great room with a cozy living area, gourmet kitchen and inside dining area. With features like satellite TV, iPod docking station, DVD player, fax machine, stereo system and Wi-Fi, in addition to boasting a fitness room with ocean views, Makena Sunset won’t leave you feeling deprived in any way. This Maui oceanfront home boasts expansive high ceilings with ceiling fans and recessed lighting.

Three airy bedrooms will sleep up to six people comfortably. Each of these three luxury bedrooms boats its own private en suite bathroom and TV. The Master bedroom features a King size bed in a spacious room. This luxurious bedroom’s Master bathroom is a breathtaking surprise, with separate shower and Jacuzzi, bidet, as well as a romantic alfresco shower.

This Hawaiian vacation rental also offers a second Master bedroom suite upstairs with another fabulous en suite bathroom with shower, Jacuzzi and ocean vistas. The Makena rental’s third bedroom features two Twin beds (that can be converted into a King) with a secluded sense of privacy.

A short drive (about 10 minutes) brings you into Wailea, where you can find renowned restaurants and upscale shopping. There are numerous tourist and adventure activities available such as horseback riding, parasailing, wind surfing, surfing and scuba diving, along with every other ocean sport you can imagine.
