Description

Nestled in the back of a private cul-de-sac, this exquisite three-bedroom vacation home is located in the heart of sunny Poipu, walking distance to beautiful white sand beaches and the shops and restaurants of Kukuiula. Sixteen-foot glass-panel pocket doors open to an expansive outdoor covered lanai which features a black bottom swimming pool, lovely barbeque area, outdoor lava rock shower, and a large, fenced yard. This is indoor/outdoor living at it’s finest!

Beautiful cathedral ceilings give this home a feeling of grandeur from the moment you step inside. The expansive chef’s kitchen features a breakfast bar and plenty of space to spread out. There is indoor dining for six as well as an outdoor, covered dining table for eight. The entertainment area flows seamlessly from the the kitchen and offers up the perfect space to watch a movie on those rare, rainy days. Featuring modern tropical décor and local surf art, this home truly showcases island living.

All three bedrooms have cold A/C and king-sized beds. Two of the bedrooms are spacious master suites on respective ends of the home and feature en-suite full bathrooms. The bigger master suite has sliding doors that lead to a lanai off the pool area and the bathroom has a double vanity, jetted tub, and walk-in shower.

Some extra items the home includes - Surfboards, 4 bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, and a pack-n-play!

This home is located in a quaint neighborhood and is just a stone’s throw from some of Kauai’s finest beaches and restaurants. Enjoy snorkeling in the calm, protected cove at Poipu Beach before relaxing at Keoki's Paradise for Hawaiian fare and aloha-hour drinks. End the day browsing the charming stores at The Shops at Kukui‘ula. The south shore of Kauai is also the gateway to Waimea Canyon and historic Hanapepe town.

Fabulous family home with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with private pool located in a clean, quiet neighborhood yet within walking distance to parks, beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Deluxe kitchen and outdoor bbq with plenty of supplied beach/pool toys, hauling wagon, boogie and surfboards, bikes, and board games-everything you need for lots of family fun. This gorgeous house surrounded by stunning Kauai flowers and foliage is in a quiet cul de sac and abuts a green belt so offers peace, privacy, and lots of outdoor living space. My family and I loved it and will definitely rebook in the future. Mahalo for sharing this lovely piece of paradise with us��

Beautiful home in a very nice neighborhood just down the road from some beautiful beaches. This was our first travel experience with our infant daughter, and the house was perfect for our little family, with lots of kids items to make the stay safe and comfortable for us. We loved sitting out by the pool for sunset happy hour, and enjoying the bird sounds from the outdoor shower.

This was our last stay during our time on the island of Kauai and we couldn't have been happier. The location was central to shopping and restaurants and we really enjoyed the pool and late nights on the deck. We would definitely go back.

The home was very nice! The pool and backyard were awesome, with nice outdoor furniture, grill and space for kids to run around. The kitchen was well stocked and made cooking very easy. The bedrooms were nice with very comfortable bedding and air conditioning. Would highly recommend!

We stayed in this home for a week and really enjoyed it. Great location in the Poipu area-central to most things. Great layout and easy to find and get in and out of the neighborhood. Had a lot of outdoor extras -bikes to ride, beach chairs, fishing pole, pool stuff and some pool towels, I would bring your own beach towels. A few downsides were the fridge really doesn’t get cold-they said not to overstuff and we were careful not to, but things really only got “cool” all sodas and water included. We were worried to eat some things. I think not having ac in the main area makes the fridge overwork and not function properly. Also, the furniture is very uncomfortable-couch is low to the ground and kitchen chairs are very stiff/hard. Also, the bathroom amenities (towels, toilet paper etc) are very basic for this higher end of a home. We have stayed in several other homes in the area and the amount and quality are nicer. Not a big deal, but for the price, one expects a bit “more”. It all looks pretty though and we would definitely stay here again!! Having ac in the bedrooms is a nice benefit-it definitely helps with the humidity at night! Pool was awesome during the day-chilly at night-we sure wished it was heated or that there was a hot tub lol! There were lots of kitchen amenities which was nice and the place was very clean!

We love Kauai and enjoyed every minute of our stay. We are locals, coming from Oahu, who needed a place to completely unwind. Nakoa Kai was the perfect home for our family to spend much needed quality time. It was well equipped as we cooked most of our meals and spent most nights enjoying each other's company. We will definitely be back!

We are frequent guests to Kauai (more than twenty visits at this point)and this is easily the nicest property we've ever stayed in. The pool was refreshing, and each of the three bedrooms were comfortable and well-appointed. We liked the artwork so much we visited the Latitudes gallery up the road to buy from the same artist. The house and kitchen had every appliance you could want (coffee grinder, juicer, blender, etc.)The garage had bikes, coolers, and assorted beach items. The only minor thing to note is that while the bedrooms have great air conditioning, the common areas are ceiling fan only. Most of the time that is fine for Kauai because of the breezes. The customer service was great as well: when we had trouble finding something the first day they were immediately responsive via text message and checked in periodically throughout our visit. We can't wait to return!
