Pool is 3.5 to 4.5 ft deep and 35′ x 14′ approx.

Pool heat is not available.

Main House:
Master Bedroom – King, Ocean views, ensuite bath, A/C
Guest Bedroom 2 – Two Twins (can be requested into 1 split king), full bath shared with living room, A/C
Main house also has a queen sofa sleeper.
TV in living only.
Main House in living does not have A/C. Split A/C units in bedrooms only.

Cottage:
King bedroom A/C with full bath, kitchenette and living room.
TV in living only. A/C is in bedroom and living room of Cottage.

The property will be made exclusively available to the renter for a full period of 30 days and no one else may occupy the property during that period. The 30-day rental period will be communicated to guest upon booking. All rates quoted will be based on a 30 day period. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us. 

In compliance with the Revised Ordinances of the City & County of Honolulu, the Property will be made available to you for your use and occupancy for a period of thirty (30) days. If you do not stay for the full 30 day period and stay for your scheduled dates the property will remain vacant through the end of the scheduled 30 day period.
