MASTER BEDROOM (KING BED)

The oceanfront master bedroom has a king bed, private ensuite bathroom, and direct private access to the oceanfront lanai. The updated master bathroom includes shower and a bidet toilet seat.

GUEST ROOM (KING or TWIN BEDS)

The guest bedroom has a king bed that can convert to two twin beds upon request (with 1 week advance notice to property manager). Views of the mountains and a flat screen TV complete the experience. There is a second updated guest bathroom with a shower.

LIVING AREAS

In the living room, take in the stunning ocean view from the couch or dining room table, or watch the 70” flat screen TV, complete with complimentary cable. Brand new queen pillow top sleeper sofa in the living room.

KITCHEN & DINING

The well-equipped and remodeled kitchen is outfitted with granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances, including a wine fridge. Helpful gadgets include coffee maker, vitamix blender and toaster.

AMMENITIES
Nohonani offers a heated ocean front pool and a BBQ area. You also have direct access to a private white sandy beach (which is uncommon for condos on the west side), excellent for snorkeling (bring your water shoes) and swimming with turtles.

The lanai (balcony) provides a breathtaking ocean views. Watch the sunset from the lounge chair and enjoy al fresco meals while whale watching.

There is a washer/dryer in the unit, as well as on-site laundry facilities in the complex. This rental includes complimentary Wi-Fi and unassigned parking for one vehicle. The unit is accessible via either stairs or elevator.
Beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, and an umbrella are also available in the unit for guest use.

Although this condo is not equipped with air conditioning, it’s rarely needed with Hawaii’s lovely trade winds. Ceiling fans and wonderful ocean breezes cool this home.

There is a full service grocery store in Honokowai, several restaurants, shops, a fantastic Farmer’s Market, and a great food truck station within walking distance. Nestled between the resort areas, you’ll have access to world class golfing and dining. More incredible beaches are just a few minutes away. The historic town of Lahaina (6 miles away) provides a fun afternoon jaunt.

My wife and I and two teenage kids stayed in this property 1/29/23 - 2/4/23. It was accurately depicted in the photos and well described. To put it simply, we loved our stay! The view was amazing from the lanai. We were there during peak whale watching season and watched them every day. The unit and property overall were clean and well kept. Kitchen appliances were new. No A/C, but there was a good breeze going thru. Management responded to a couple of minor issues with the unit, which did not impact our stay. Beach is small but nice. Turtles just off the beach every day! (Please leave them alone!) All the restaurants and shopping you could possibly want are within a 10 minute drive. Recommend doing the “Road to Hana” drive, and Haleakala National Park.

My family of 5 stayed here for one week in June and we loved it! Beautifully appointed & clean condo (only complaint would be the mattress on the sofa sleeper), nicely stocked with beach towels and chairs, kitchen had many conveniences, location was perfect - right near many shopping and eating options, bbq, and the beachfront view was stellar. We snorkeled right off the semi private beach (huge plus!) and saw tons of fish and turtles! This was our 4th time on Maui and this was our favorite place to stay so far. We will definitely be back!!

Everything was lovely to the communication leading up to our stay, the accommodations and departure information. The condo is very nicely decorated and had a small supply of starter items. We came to Maui to get married!! I wanted a condo with views of the ocean and close to areas that we needed for the wedding. This property did not disappoint!!! It was actually perfect! From the check in process to the check out process, everything was flawless. The views are unbelievable and the sounds from the ocean are amazing. The lanai is big enough to work out on, believe me I did it! The kitchen was great to cook meals in. We were able to see sea turtles come right up on the beach!! The washer and dryer was a great addition. The condo was very clean with extra amenities that were needed for the stay! I definitely did not want to leave!

This was our second time staying at this condo, and we will be back!!! We can not say enough about the location, building and condo itself.

The location is great.. there are shops restaurants, bars, numerous beaches all within walking distance. The condo itself is well finished and stocked with everything you will need, from beach chairs and towels to a very well stocked kitchen!

This year we were fortunate and were able to see turtles on the beach almost everyday! The view over the beach from the 4th floor is amazing. You can sit out on the balcony and watch turtles and whales all day. The sunsets... unreal!

If you are looking for a great place to stay, look no further!

This well appointed unit is in the ideal location - whether watching sunsets or whales, or swimming in the ocean or the pool. And.. it is walking distance to everything you could need. The condo was in a great location. My husband and I loved that it was right on the beach, and it was a short drive to major attractions such as Black Rock Beach and downtown Lahaina. The property manager was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. The condo doesn't have an air conditioning unit, but that never posed a problem; the ocean breeze kept us cool! Overall, we had a pleasant stay!
