The fully furnished kitchen includes everything you need to cook delicious meals at home, featuring modern appliances and all the amenities you need for a carefree stay.

The spacious living room offers a comfortable sofa and flat screen smart TV—perfect for movie nights after a long day of island adventures. The 3-zone split air conditioning system ensures cool comfort in the living room and both bedrooms.

Quiet and relaxing pool Mahalo
Walking distance to a great beach and also walking distance to The Shops at Wailea. We will certainly visit The Palms in the future.

The ground floor unit is well equipped with everything you need, clean and tidy - beach towels, chairs, a boogie board plus all the kitchen essentials. Some nice touches with upscale blow dryers, hand soap and shower shampoos/body wash/plenty of toiletry supplies on hand. Malinee was incredibly responsive when we had a plumbing issue and question on washer use.

We have been vacationing in Maui for several years, and always keep coming back to The Palms. This unit is clean, comfortable, and as advertised. It has a really nice Lanai that we enjoy spending time on in the evenings. I would highly recommend staying here and we look forward to returning!
