Pu'u Po'a 409 is located on the North shore in Princeville next to 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay on a bluff overlooking Hideaways Beach and the Pacific ocean.

With spectacular views of Bali Hai/Makana Mountain, the Pacific Ocean and amazing night skies, this is truly a peaceful retreat where you can hear the sound of waves in this little slice of tropical heaven!

Our newly decorated, top floor, ocean front penthouse home uniquely offers 15 ft. ceilings and privacy.

This spacious condo has A/C and sleeps up to 6 people comfortably, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms:

Bedroom 1 - one king-size bed + ensuite bathroom

Bedroom 2 - one queen-size bed,

and one queen-size sleeper sofa.

Our home is decorated with custom-made furnishings from South East Asia, giving the space a feeling of light, bright, tropical serenity.

Pu’u Po’a offers a newly renovated swimming pool and a tennis court, in addition to access to the 6 courts at the Makai Golf/Tennis Club.

Watch the surfers, spinner dolphins and breaching whales (in season) off-shore.

Walk to Hideaways Beach just below Pu'u Po'a or drive to any of the nearby beaches along the coast.

Princeville Shopping Center is 2 miles away.

Hanalei is 4.3 miles away.

The condo has an upgraded entertainment center in the living room, including a device accessible surround-sound audio/video system that also includes smart TV's, Blu-Ray player, Netflix and other APP streaming capability. There are flat screen TV's in both bedrooms and a 65" flat screen in living room.

With all the comforts of home, the unit is well equipped and includes a washer/dryer.

We are one mile from the world-renowned 27-hole Makai Golf Club and the Makai tennis center has six courts with available professionals for teaching and playing, and players for pick-up games for singles and doubles.

Next door is the newly renovated and reopened 1 hotel Hanalei Bay which boasts three world class restaurants, a coffee bar, shopping, and more remarkable views. It is only a five minute walk from your condo's front door.

***Note: there is not an elevator in this building. This unit up one and a half flights of stairs. The parking lot is at the level between the second and third floor.

We (4 adults) thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Puu Poa unit 409. This is our 12th visit there, but first in this unit. It was well appointed and well furnished. We appreciated the ease of checking in and out and communication with the rental manager.

We had the best stay at Puu Poa in Princeville. The condo was perfect. Ian was very responsive & helpful. It was also a super last minute booking as our original booking was double booked (not with Hawaii Life)and we got the boot! It was stressful for a minute and Ian made things super easy and we didn't have to worry at all. This condo actually worked out better. My elderly parents LOVED it too! There's a flight of stairs to get to the condo, but they were fine with it.
