Royal Kahana 1010 is a highly desirable oceanfront corner unit that has recently been refreshed with new furniture and decor. This unit is a two-bedroom, two and half-bath oceanfront corner wrap-around lanai unit located only a stone's throw from the ocean. The 40-foot wrap-around lanai provides sweeping panoramic views south to the Kaanapali Beach Resort and north to Kapalua with its fabulous golf courses and restaurants. The neighboring islands of Lanai and Molokai are only miles across the channel and add a dynamic dimension to the beautiful scenery. You fall asleep and walk up every day to the sound of the ocean outside your window.

The 10th-floor condo is ideally situated on the quiet side of the building. The wrap-around lanai provides sunny areas and shaded corners where one can escape the tropical sun if so desired. From the west-facing lanai and spacious interior, unobscured ocean views are spectacular with. We supply binoculars for you to enjoy winter Whale season.

Two separate bedroom suites provide quiet privacy for a family or two couples and for larger groups the queen size sleeper sofa allows this condo to comfortably sleep up to six guests. The master suite features a King Sealy Posturepedic mattress, a flat-screen tv, and a separate sliding door to the lanai - perfect for those wishing to be lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves rolling in. The guest bedroom also has a tv and two XL twins that convert into a King depending on your needs. Each en suite bathroom and the powder room adjacent to the foyer provide a perfect solution for guests staying in the living room - a place for their items. A hairdryer is provided in each bathroom for your convenience.

The condo is equipped with two new central air conditioning units that were installed for zoned cooling in the bedrooms and main living areas. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and tile flooring. It is fully stocked with everything one would need for cooking, plus table service for 6, a regular coffee maker and a French press, blender, toaster, and ice maker in the refrigerator. The spacious living area is furnished with new furniture, a 75" flat-screen tv, and free Wi-Fi.

The Royal Kahana Resort is the perfect setting for a beautiful, relaxing vacation with its heated pool with many palapas for shade on the sundeck, four gas BBQ's, beautifully landscaped grounds, ping pong tables, shuffleboard, and a fully-equipped fitness center. A full-service activity center with highly experienced personnel is conveniently located in the lobby to assist with planning and booking all of your vacation excursions on Maui and the neighboring islands.

The beach fronting the Royal Kahana experiences seasonal ocean current changes and swells that influence the beach & physical appearance and size. During the fall and winter, it is not uncommon that these currents sweep away a tremendous amount of sand that gradually returns in spring and summer. This circumstance, unfortunately, affects the accessibility of our valued guests to the beach—the front desk posts daily whether there is beach access or not.

NOTE: $18/day parking fee collected by the front desk upon check-in.

*Resort Notice: A resort-wide spalling repair is underway, and they're working on various lanais around the resort until at least April 2024. This is our 6th consecutive year staying in the Kaanapali area and by far this team provided the best experience we've ever had. The unit was perfect and anytime we had a question, somebody got to us within minutes. I wouldn't have changed a thing for our entire stay. We won't be using anyone else from now on.

The Royal Kahana 1010 unit was everything and more!
Walking through the front doors of this condo you are welcomed by the gorgeous blue panoramic views of the ocean!
The lanai is spacious and had plenty of seating for the family.
The condo is very nice, clean and accommodating.the air conditioning alone was so appreciated. Loved our stay and have zero complaints. And what an added bonus they don’t request you do a list of chores before checking out.

My family of five stayed 4 nights /. Two adults and three children ages 17-20
Pictures show the place well - two good sized bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths
Plenty space for us and beds were very comfortable
We used the pull out couch bed
The lanai was amazing - sat outside for morning tea - did reading in lounge chairs and took in sunsets in evening
Fully stocked kitchen - although we did not cook
Washer and dryer was helpful as was end of our trip and needed to do washing
Location was great for our excursions - not too far from road to Hana, snorkeling , luau etc
Facility was nice - used pool and went to beach
We had coffee left for us and a nice touch - box chocolate macadamian nuts
Host was available but not needed

1010 Royal Kahana was a great place to stay. The condo was very clean upon entry, plenty of kitchen utensils, and decorated nicely. The beds were very comfortable. The view from the lanai was second to none. We saw turtles, whales, and a beautiful sunset almost every night. I would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at Royal Kahana 1010. The condo is beautiful and spacious. The lanai looking out over the ocean was the best part. We could see whales and sea turtles from our balcony! Loved the extra half bathroom. The condo had everything we needed for our stay including beach towels, sand toys, lots of beach chairs, and coolers. The only downside is the beach area in front of the building. There are sand bags to prevent erosion of the beach that you have to climb over to access the beach. There is a sign that says beach access is closed, but it is pretty much at your own risk to climb over the sandbags. We also had an small issue with the beds in the 2nd bedroom not set up as twins initially (per our request). But I notified the property management company, and they came out the next morning to separate the beds. So the issue was resolved quickly. Overall a great stay and I hope to come back some day!

this was a fantastic place to say and made our trip wonderful. the entire place was clean and felt very relaxing, nice and personal. the little added touches such as providing locally grown coffee and a set of nice binoculars made morning whale watching from the balcony our breakfast fun. Kahana is a very short drive from some of the island's best snorkeling and surfing. We will be recommending this to our friends.

Property was great. Close access to all kinds of fun. Hosts treated us awesome and even went out of their way to get in touch with me regarding some valuables I had mistakenly left on-site upon our departure. It was truly an amazing thing for them to acknowledge my mistake and get my items back to me. I would not hesitate to stay here again on our next Maui adventure. Turtles all over the place and an awesome balcony to take in both sunrise and sunsets. Pool is right off the lobby and there was as much beach as you needed. Great snorkeling right out in front of the resort. I hope you enjoy the space as much as we did. Thanks again for having us.

This property is amazing! The views are wonderful from the 10th floor and has everything you need. It is very clean and looks recently refreshed with new furniture and decorations. The photos are accurate for what is there. We (2 couples) enjoyed the large square footage and room for everyone to relax either inside or out. We were within walking distance to several restaurants and grocery stores. We would love to return.

This condo was absolutely beautiful! The location was perfect for the most beautiful sunsets that we watched from the balcony every night. The king sized beds were super comfy and the furniture looked brand new. Management company was very helpful and very easy to work with. We would definitely like to stay here again!
