Wake up in Paradise at Royal Kahana 308. Every morning seeing the serene sunrise over Molokai and then looking down to the crystal blue ocean below, calling your name for today’s vacation adventure.

Located on the 3rd floor, on the cool and quiet side of the building, RK308’s large lanai with a table and seating for 4 with direct access from the bedroom &; living room, invites you out every evening to enjoy a sunset cocktail (and juice mocktails for the little ones) as you end your day watching the sun set over the water and horizon. Hearing the local conch shell blowing signaling the sunset, makes you reflect on another beautiful day in Paradise. Brand new sleeper sofa located in the living room.

NOTE: $15/day parking fee collected by front desk upon check in.

This one-bedroom, fully air-conditioned condo boasts a recent renovation revealing its rustic beach boho decor. The condo comes equipped with all the amenities you will need for a relaxing vacation, including free wifi, a full cable package, beach toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, and an ice chest for outdoor activities.

The granite-covered kitchen countertops grace you as you prepare your meals while on vacay. It is stocked with every possible gadget for that gourmet meal.

The queen sleeper sofa invites you to sit down after a day at the beach and chill before heading out for dinner. The spectacular views from the sofa ensure you do not miss the whales breaching or the honu floating by. The queen sofa bed in the living room is great for the kids or second couple on your vacation. There is a full dresser in the closet for the living room guests to place their belongings during their stay. Immerse yourself in a blissful night’s sleep to the sound of the soothing ocean on the king-size mattress in the bedroom. Most nights, you can keep your window open to sleep with the sounds of the ocean billowing in.

The Royal Kahana Resort Condominiums are located in the beautiful sun-soaked shores of West Maui, centrally located between the Kaanapali and Napili-Kapalua resorts, in the quiet community of Kahana, and includes such amenities as a fitness center, concierge services, and ping pong in the building.

Outside amenities include a shuffleboard, a large, heated ocean view pool with many lounge chairs located pool side and on the grassy grounds. The poolside sun deck has both sun and palapa shaded areas as well as barbecue grills to cook up your day’s catch. Complimentary self-parking is also provided– a bonus no resort fees.

In addition, there are restaurants in a short walking distance, including Dollies Pizza Pub, Miso Phat sushi, China Boat, Maui Brewing Company, and McDonald’s. Currently, the Beach House is still closed due to the Pandemic. As you head a quick 5-minute drive to Napili, you have the amazing Joey’s Kitchen,Fond eatery, Mammas Ribs, and Maui Tacos. Lots of unique island grub to fill your foodie self.

*The beach fronting the Royal Kahana experiences seasonal ocean current changes and swells that
influence the beach & physical appearance and size. During the fall and winter, it is not uncommon that these currents sweep away a tremendous amount of sand that gradually returns in spring and summer, based on the ocean’s current activity and our island weather pattern.

This circumstance, unfortunately, affects the accessibility of our valued guests to the beach—the front desk posts daily whether there is beach access or not. When the resort access is closed, there is public beach access within 5 minutes walking distance. We apologize for the inconvenience, and mahalo nui for your understanding.

*Note the Royal Kahana does not require neighboring units to give notice of current/future remodel work that will be completed. Construction can happen at any time without notice that may affect your stay.

Our rental in Maui couldn’t have been better. The apartment was sparkling clean and exactly as described in the write up. Checkin was super easy and communication with the apartment managers was spot on. The box of chocolate covered macadamias tha they left for us put a smile on my face! First, I really like the pretrip communication regarding the condo. It was very reassuring to know that you could reach someone at any time for assistance. We were very happy with the condo location, appearance, cleanliness, and general condition. It was just what I was looking for in a getaway and looked just like the online photos.The lanai overlooking the ocean was perfect and listening to the gentle waves while watching for turtles offshore while drinking our coffee started the day out just right. The condo was fully stocked with dishes, linens, pots and pans, and we were very happy with all of the beach items that were available for our use. There are several great beaches nearby with good snorkeling and several restaurants within walking distance or a short drive away. We stopped in Lahaina for groceries on or way to the condo but there is a grocery store nearby in Napili. After we checked in, the property manager reached out to us to make sure all was well and to let us know they were there for us. All and all, we had a perfect trip and look forward to staying in this lovely condo again soon! Mahalo

We enjoyed our stay at Royal Kahana 308.

The location was perfect for us for beaches, sight-seeing and shopping. The pictures accurately represented the condo. The kitchen was maybe a little smaller than it looked, but we cooked 95% of our meals there and it was fine. The cookware and utensils were great.

We never got tired of the view from the balcony.

This condo is exactly as pictured . We were extremely pleased with this property . The bed was comfy even down to nice bedding .
The rental agents were so easy to work with and once we were checked in any questions were answered in a promo and kind manner .
My husband got very sick during this trip and had to transported to hospital by ambulance . The property managers assistant was so kind to me . Even went so far as to offer me a ride home from the hospital which was an hour away . Also checked on me the next day to see if I needed anything .
If I were to rate this place on a scale of one to ten I would give an eleven !!!

Nice view of evening sunsets, but not ocean front view. Very clean & nicely appointed with just about everything you could need with exception of a safe. Cute beachy decor. Comfortable bed, plenty of linens, storage & even beach items. Owners were always quick to respond to questions & left a sweet surprise for us! (Mahalo!) Property staff & concierge were helpful. Great snorkeling right behind condo! Centrally located to many places we visited. Window in bedroom tough to open, dining windows non-functioning & only one of two in bathroom worked so cross ventilation was minimal. Sheers in master bedroom, although pretty, did not block the exterior lighting from adjacent building.

It was one of the nicest units we had stayed at. The unit was clean and the color scheme was fabulous. It was well-maintained and the little incidentals like a gift box of chocolate covered macadamia nuts to welcome us and some coffee and cream available before we had a chance to go shopping but it’s wonderful! We stayed in condo 308 for 16 days in February. I’ll try and give you the pros and cons.
First off, you are in Hawaii!!! Absolutely spectacular view from our lanai. Almost everyday we could see whales from our lanai. Nice table and comfortable chairs on the lanai. You could not see the sunset from the lanai. We would watch the sunset down by the pool. Also, no sun shining on the lanai in February. I love the sun and my husband likes the shade. I spent a lot of time by the pool. Fantastic view of the ocean from the pool area. Plenty of lounges and chairs to sit on by the pool. They also had a few tables and nice grills by the pool. Condo has beach chairs, cooler, toys, and beach towels. Kitchen was stocked with the basic necessities. If you like to cook, you will need to buy spices. The kitchen could use potholders, chip clips and a scissors. The condo was clean when we arrived and nicely decorated. We appreciated our host leaving us coffee and Mauna Loa chocolate macadamia nuts. There were hard water stains in the shower and bathtub from people not cleaning up after their shower. We have hard water at our lake home. I use vinegar, dawn soap and a magic eraser. The stains will come off but a lot of scrubbing at first. If older adults with mobility issues are staying, be aware there is no hand rail in the shower. They have three elevators in the complex. The entrance to the complex is ramped. They have a ramp to the pool area and a pool chair to get in and out of the pool. The mattress was comfortable. Pillows were flat. Nice closet and plenty of drawers. We didn’t use the tv in the bedroom. Living room tv was great and sofa was comfortable. It was usually windy during our stay. This was our third time to Maui. Great location. I would definitely stay at this condo again. Hope this review was helpful.

Obsessed with the view at this comfy rental. A quick drive to the best beaches; kitchen had everything needed to cook and eat; quiet complex; we appreciated the beach chairs, mats and towels. Would stay here again.

Great overall visit. We go about once a year. First time at this resort. Sad that it had no beach. Appreciated the abundance of parking. A short southerly walk got us to a swimming beach. Appreciated the coffee left for us and laundry supplies.

My family and I really enjoyed the condo. It looks just like the pictures. The Keurig with the coffee was awesome. The view on the water was great. The bed slept comfortably. The couch was very firm and nice. The staff at the resort were very festively and we enjoyed the pool. We wish there was Beach access at the time. But other than that. It was fantastic and my family would stay at the condo again.

This was our first vacation to Maui without our children. We were able to relax, unplug, and reconnect. Our condo was well stocked and had everything we needed to cook meals, daily trips to a variety of beaches and just stare at the ocean if we needed it. Hawaii Life made it all so easy to rent, check in, and check out. They even offered us a portable air conditioner when the resort had to turn air off to all units for maintenance. We didn’t need it, the breeze kept us very comfortable. We would recommend this place to our family and friends.

Everything about Royal Kahana 308 was great. Wonderful relaxing time on the lanai every day enjoying coffee and my book to watching the sunset. The booking process was easy. I had constant communication with the property manager. The condo was spotless and well maintained. The bed was comfy. I could not have asked for a better condo for my Maui vacation. I highly recommend it for its price, location, and view! I enjoyed walking to Maui Brewing Company, Dollies Pub, and the Beach House. All reasonably priced and close to the condo.

Good location. Given the length our stay (22 days) we liked the amount of space in the unit; no need for mirrored walls. Photos give an accurate description. Lots of drawers and closet storage space. AC was out while there. Thoughtfully, two portable ac units were provided, but we didn’t use them. North exposure and excellent cross ventilation is all we needed. Kitchen was well equipped and unit was clean and in good condition. We spent a lot of time enjoying the view and whale watching from the lanai. Best restaurant finds: Fond, Betty’s Beach Cafe, Honu, Mala Tavern, Beach House.
