Second time in this building. No better location in Waikiki. Units vary according to upkeep. 605/606 very spacious. Think of it as an old cottage on the beach where you can experience true Hawaiian ambience, sleep on the Lanai if you choose, enjoy the trade winds and comfort. If you're not expecting luxury, you have everything else you could ever dream of!

Great property. Our second February stay and it was wonderful! The unit needs some updating, but lots of good kitchen ware and very nice towels and linens. Robin responded quickly to any of our concerns.

Unit has perfect views and location. The unit needs to be upgraded severely. The entire unit seems to be literally falling apart. However, Robin the property manager is amazing fixes everything within hours, not days. If it wasn't for Robin I would leave a mediocre review.

The Sans Souci building is my family's happy place. I've been coming to Sans Souci for 22 years and my husband has since the 1970"s. It's truly a one of a kind place. The view and fresh air are unbeatable. Sunsets oh my! The feeling of being indoors while you feel like you're outdoors is the best!
