This was a small studio apartment with the perfect location on the beach and 1/2 mile from Waikiki and the view was amazing. Building and unit were a little dated but had everything we needed and very secure.

I stayed at sans souci in January 2021 and this is now about the 16 th year coming to this location . I can’t express how great it is to have such amazing rental agents from gold coast Hawaii life as Jeanne Wilkinson and Robin Wilkinson and their extremely helpful assistant laurel . They are extremely attentive to anything i may need and respond immediately . Quite amazing to experience such super customer service .

Great view, as always. Even got a bird's I view of the baby monk seal being born. Jeanne is a great help. The unit, however, needs some work. Rusty old refrig, weak water pressure in shower. Grungy bathroom floor, old furniture, etc. But not enough to keep me from coming back - I'm not that picky. But other people might be,

As always we have had the best experience here and cherished the location.
We like walking and therefore distances to shops were not a handicap.
Our management always promptly solved any minor supply problems.
The place was very clean and well supplied as expected.
