When you arrive at Tradewinds’ elegant location on one of Princeville’s best streets, you will know that you chose wisely. Your family & guests will be delighted by the private courtyard centered on the large pool with swim-up bar, kids' pool, built-in spa & two waterfalls. The poolside entertainment area features a Weber gas BBQ. After dark, glow in the dark European ceramic pool tile creates a wonderful ambiance for a relaxing evening dip.

The House is newly constructed in 2023. The front door of this 2500sf home is approached via the pool area & a large roofed poolside lanai. Additional roofed lanais total about 1000sf giving an expansive indoor/ outdoor living area. Entry is through one of two sliding walls totaling 30ft for seamless indoor/outdoor living. The large great room with a clear fir vaulted ceiling features ample seating & 86" TV. This area includes the kitchen with Wolf, Bosch & Thermador appliances & a beautiful blue glass island. Cool polished floors & elegant white, grey, and blue tones add to the feeling of spaciousness throughout.

Every detail of the home was meticulously designed over five years of owning the land before construction began. Two separate wings place each of the four main bedrooms on a corner for privacy. The poolside of the H-shaped house faces North-East to capture the trade winds. With 3-sided ventilation in all main rooms &bedrooms, breezes waft constantly throughout. Although individually controlled Mitsubishi silent AC is also provided, it is usually not needed.

The four main bathrooms have Grohe rain showers & soaker tubs. Private lava rock garden showers with exposed copper rain heads & growing orchids open off both master bathrooms. The matching poolside shower is mounted on a beautifully decorated surfboard.

Two equal but different covered great room lanais on opposite sides of the property offer choices of sun, shade, cool & warmth throughout the day & night. The two master suites have California king beds & the two additional rooms feature king-size beds. All room have covered lanais.

There is a fifth sleeping area with a sofa-bed, bathroom & desk.

This home and location were outstanding. It is everything you read and see. Four couples stayed for a week and the layout is perfect. Having the office/den was nice when I had to get on a meeting unexpectedly. The home is outfitted well and with a lot of thought. They chose fixtures that are not builder grade which is unusual for rentals. We are accustomed to nice stuff, honestly, and this home was just incredible. The views from the back and proximity to the cliffs... just can’t say enough. Getting in the spa after a day of hiking/exploring was wonderful. We only ate out once - The Bull Shed - which we recommend. Hope to return.

The home was immaculate when we arrived. Communication about check in was clear and easy to follow. The home is in a beautiful location in a very nice neighborhood of Princeville. Walking out the back door to the golf course and down to the lookout over the cliffs to Queens Bath happened daily. Spectacular! The home is set up perfectly and very comfortable for 8 people with a large family great room and adjoining kitchen. It was easy to make meals for everyone. Several incredible beaches are within a short drive and a couple are a 20 minute walk away. The owners provide beach towels, chairs, snorkeling gear, and many toys to take to the beach, which made it nice to not have to rent them. We would not hesitate to recommend this property and we hope we can come back again!

We stayed for 2 weeks T this beautiful, well-furnished home. The location is fantastic, the house was spotless and had many extras. The AC units in each of the bedrooms worked out extremely well. The pool and hot tub are very clean and well-kept. Short walk to the ocean, golf course, and a short drive to grocery store and restaurants. I have already recommended this house to friends!
