Everything was perfect. The unit was well stocked with the all the essential items too get started. I stayed for two and a half months so I had too restock on certain items but that was expected. Over all I loved it.

I loved my two week stay at this condo located at Kuilima Estates West, facing back end of Fazio Golf Course and Kamehameha Hwy. It is nicely renovated unit with loft sleeping quarters, ideal for single or couple. The roof slant in loft could be difficult for tall guests, but it is otherwise comfortable. Kitchen equipment was adequate, but a small eating table either in kitchen or living room would be nice. Unit was very clean but furniture and linens are looking dated and tired. This is an upstairs unit with no balcony/deck. Though I never used AC due to effective ceiling fans, I would imagine it's needed during summer months. I would definitely stay here again, mainly because of the quiet and privacy. Unit is located about 10 min walk to TB Resort with walking trails on either side. Mgmt was informative and helpful.

My preferred place on N.Shore for 2 weeks of quiet comfort at relaxed pace. Perfect for one or two, in safe Turtle Bay Resort community. Loft ceiling height might be problem for taller renters. No balcony or lanai in this unit. Clear operating instructions for TV would be appreciated, but will definitely return.

This loft is the best spot! The location is perfect for all the things we wanted to do on the north shore! The neighborhood is quite and peaceful which is perfect for a relaxing getaway!

The space was stylish and tidy—perfect for two! Kitchen is well equipped with appliances, cookware and utensils. A basket of beach gear (towels, chairs, fins and snorkels) was a nice touch. Close to the resort and all beachfront hiking trails. Property manager was responsive and professional. I would love to stay here again!

Our place was amazing. Very cute, clean and comfy! Perfect location and had wonderful amenities. Our property manager Diana was very accommodating to our needs. I was able to book this adorable condo for just 2 very easily. I appreciate the fact that I could have called for questions at anytime and I would have received a response.
Upon entering, we were so surprised to see how beautifully done the upgraded kitchen was, the modern furniture with the perfect modern beach home decor. It was cozy and so very cool. We love all the extra touches. Staying in the Turtle Bay resort, you were surrounding by beautiful gardens and a golf course views. The condo was clean, a comfortable bed and great accommodations. We loved the location. We will certainly return.

This apartment is as near as you can get to the Turtle Bay Gate and thus, has the very easiest access to the main road.
There was nobody to greet us, but the back up details given worked perfectly well.
The apartment is spacious, well maintained, extremely clean and a credit to both owners and housekeepers. The furnishings and equipment are of very good specification.
The mezzanine bedroom is good and with a very comfortable bed. If 6’ or more in height, be wary of banging your head as you reach the top of the stairs (I did and repeatedly).
If I was to visit the N Shore again, then I would most certainly seek to stay in this apartment.
There was a leak through the roof after torrential rain on the very last morning. Maintenance were around within 20 minutes, albeit they could only capture the water drip whilst waiting to inspect further when the weather improved!

Let me start my review by sending Diana much Mahalo. She saved us. It was late Thursday night when I reached out to her in total desperation. The place we were to stay was an absolute nightmare and had left soon after checking into it. We would’ve spent the night in the car had we not been able to get a room at turtle bay. That same night, Diana emailed me back and had everything set up for us. We dropped our things off at the condo early while the super sweet cleaning girl was there getting the condo ready for us. Diana, you’re the best. The condo itself was tase fully decorated. Had everything we needed (including washer and dryer). The view of golf course was very nice and the location was perfect. We will definitely stay there again. Very quiet and clean. Pool looked nice but we didn’t get into it. Parking was right outside the condo which was very nice. You won’t be disappointed with the condo and it’s location.

Our stay was very last minute. The place we had originally booked turned out to be less than we expected and we found this property the morning that we checked in. They had a last minute cancellation and could accommodate us. The property manager was exceptionally helpful and answered all of my emails and text messages promptly. The place was exactly as pictured, very well maintained and pristine. It was a short walk to the beach and had access to hiking trails that we enjoyed. The Turtle Bay resort had many wonderful restaurants but the kitchen was well stocked and allowed us to eat in most nights. Should we return to Oahu at some point we would definitely stay here again.

When we arrived there were several roaches dead and stuck to the floor. I know it was vey warm for Hawaii nut it took until Midnight the first night for the loft to become cool enough to sleep in. We had to keep the AC running constantly to be able to keep the loft cool enough to go to sleep by 9pm. We did try cutting it off again to try to conserve electricity but had the same results. The lamp on the right side of the sofa didn't have a knob to turn it on. Overall the place was nice.

Thank you for your stay, we apologize about the little critters that you found upon your arrival, because this complex is on a lush tropical golf course, pest control is a constant. The quarterly treatment had just been performed that is why you found them dead, which is the good news! Also, we did fix the lamp and replaced the knob that somehow got twisted off by a previous guest. As for the heat, that’s one thing that is beyond our control, as we had one of the hottest summers on record. Fans were flying off the store shelves and everyone here in Hawaii was grumbling about the heat, it was inescapable… I’m sure you utilized some of the extra fans we have in the apartment just for this reason, and the AC was recently replaced so once it cools down it gets nice and comfortable.
