Hawaii Life Vacations presents Wailea Ekolu #1605 a partial ocean view 2bd./2ba. ground floor single level floor plan. This residence comfortably sleeps six with a king bed in the master which is ensuite, the option for split twins or a king in the second bedroom, and a brand new queen pull out sleeper in the living area. The ocean view is better than the photos depict and Wailea Ekolu sits right above the Wailea Blue Course and above all the fantastic beaches that make Wailea the world renowned location that it is. This is a quaint low rise complex that is tranquil and guests can enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings. Take a stroll directly out the large glass sliding doors to see the abundance of tropical flora including hibiscus, plumeria, and bougainvillea which bring colorful accents to the well manicured grounds throughout the complex.

Our in-house professional stager has just worked with our owner clients to bring in brand new designer furniture and artwork enhancing this beautiful space with coastal contemporary decor. There are no stairs to enter or throughout this residence and the covered lanai is surrounded by a lush garden like setting with stunning tropical flora around.

This particular condo is within very short walking distance of one of the several on site swimming pool and bbq areas. The owners and our team take great pride in keeping this property in very clean and like new condition. Guests will enjoy a spacious primary suite with a king bed and ensuite bathroom which has been tastefully remodeled. The second bedroom has the option to be set up as a King Bed or two split twins (please just provide instructions to our team). This residence is open concept with dining for 6 here and plenty of seating for the large flat screen tv.

Prepare your meal in the fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and an abundant selection of cooking essentials. Dine indoors or al fresco from the outdoor lanai and enjoy the ocean view. Leave the lanai doors open and crack a few of the windows to let the sound of the topical birds and gently rustling palm trees fill your home or close it up with very efficient triple zone a/c.

Wailea Ekolu Village is a low rise and tranquil complex that sits at the gateway to Wailea along the lush slopes of Haleakala, on the rolling hills of the Old Wailea Blue Golf Course with incredible ocean vistas. These tropical vacation condos offer easy access to the restaurants and spas of Maui’s plush four and five-star resorts. You are also within walking distance of the Shops at Wailea and the Wailea Gateway Center, offering guests a variety of shopping and dining options. Wailea Ekolu Village, set amid Wailea's world-class golf courses, is within minutes of five of Maui’s most incredible beaches.

Please note that due to recent changes in Wailea Ekolu HOA rules: the outdoor electric BBQ has been removed from this property and will need to be done at all Wailea Ekolu residences.

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. Tastefully decorated and updated. New air conditioning units that were very efficient. Nice side ocean view. Listening to the birds in the morning on the lanai in such a quiet spot was our favourite. Condo was clean and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Quick response from management company with every question we had. We will definitely look to book this again.

This is a beautiful condo with all the amenities needed for a vacation to Maui. It is a conveniently located and is close to beaches, restaurants and stores. The property manager is very supportive and responsive. We would definitely return if we visit Maui again.

The Mrs and I had a great 9 days in Maui to pursue our hobbies of road biking and hiking. Our pursuits were paused to accommodate a couple days of rain,... but we made due. Two minor items detracted from a perfect score from our rental; 1) the active kid upstairs, banging out his dance routine (for hours - up to his 9:00 pm, thankfully, bedtime)!,.., and 2) not quite completed drywall/baseboard renovations (towel rack and TP dispenser fell off their respective bases a couple times - revealing some sanding/painting work that was still in progress)!
As qualified earlier, these were minor issues and #1 was not the owners fault. The accommodations and amenities were 5 star and we’d definitely come back (but to a second floor unit)! ��

Wailea Ekolu Village #1605 is a lovely 2bd/2ba condo. The condo itself is clean and spacious. The back patio has a partial ocean view and relaxing and very private setting. It's a great place to start your day with coffee and end your day with a glass of wine (or mai tai). It's a short walk to Wailea Tennis Center and a quick drive to the best beach options. We'd stay here again without question.

This is the first time we have rented this condo. It was beautifully decorated, great air-conditioning, nice water pressure, and very clean. The team were wonderful to work with and very responsive. We were here for a sister's wedding and needed an ironing board which was not there. Laura arranged for someone to bring by a brand new one a few hours after our request. We will defiantly stay here again! Thanks you

We loved our stay at this property. The kitchen had everything we needed, from rice cooker to French press. The bedrooms had TVs and remodeled bathrooms which were nice. The backyard offered a wonderful sunset view of the ocean. It took 30 seconds to walk to the pool. Several nice beaches were within a 10-minute drive. The property managers were responsive and helpful. We will definitely come back!

Our condo was very nice for everythinbg we wanted to do in Maui. Very clean, very well stocked (Beach chairs, beach towels and beach unbrella). Wonderful view of the ochean. Second bedroom could upgrade their beds and pillows. Also, being on the first floor and having noisy neighbors upstairs, we could hear early and late walking around through the floor.

We had a great time here as a family of 6, which includes an infant and 7 year old. Very comfortable, clean, and quiet place. It was spotless when we arrived with plenty of supplies and beach goodies. All the ACs were great in each room and the patio was amazing.

Location wise, it is in the area with a ton of other luxury condos. The closest pool was closed for maintenance so we had to cross the street to get to the lower pool, which wasn't too big of a deal.

Plenty of parking right outside the unit, we really had no complaints!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay of 8 nights. We only used the master bedroom which was very comfortable with a great bathroom. A very well-equipped kitchen and good range of beach equipment - towel, carry bags, chairs, umbrella etc. Nice private quite back patio.

Everything about our stay was positive. Home is well kept and has everything you need. Especially appreciated the nice beach chairs, umbrellas and towels as we used those every day. Kids loved the close proximity of the unit to the upper pool. View from the lanai at sunset is simply beautiful. Would stay again!

Lovely condo in a beautiful community. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of room and good furniture. Gorgeous lanai and view. Nice kitchen, but it would have been helpful to have some basic spices, oil available for guests for cooking. Also, the unit needed more drinking glassware. There were plenty of wine glasses, but for water, etc. Had large plastic stock of cups, but save those for the beach. Not fun to drink out of plastic. Other suggestion would be to share in the owner's packet that the complex has recycle bins and provide recycling bin in kitchen to encourage this practice. We only discovered the recycling option mid into our week. Overall, lovely unit, useful pleasant kitchen, adequate bathrooms, relaxing patio and close enough to the beach. Thank you for sharing!

Really enjoyed our stay here! This property had absolutely everything you could need - beach chairs, towels, cooler, umbrella, laundry pods, the whole nine yards. The ceilings are definitely thin in terms of being able to hear your upstairs neighbors, but if you're doing Maui right, you shouldn't be spending much time inside anyways!! Close to shopping and food and beaches. Super easy to work with, and very communicative. We will definitely be back.
