We commit to giving your clients back. We promise to not solicit your clients for real estate business. If you refer us a client, and they are interested in listing or purchasing a property, we will deliver your client back to you.*
We will pay for you referrals.
If your client signs a one year exclusive property management and booking agreement, we will pay to any agent holding an active Real Estate license an introductory $500 referral fee.
We will give you Real Estate Leads.
Any guest that stays in your referred rental home that is interested in purchasing property on island, we will refer back to you for representation, in exchange for a 25% referral fee to be paid to Hawaii Life Vacations.
