Princeville Ranch Events offers a beautiful space for weddings, family gatherings, birthday celebrations and more. In addition, Princeville Ranch also offers spectacular locations on the ranch perfect for wedding ceremonies, engagements, elopements, and vow renewals. Several packages are available.
Princeville Ranch Events At Po’oku:
Po’oku, meaning head of the spirit, is a very special place. This beautiful venue is at the base of the Po’oku heiau which is a native Hawaiian sacred place. This site was once the historic Po’oku Stables, started in 1978 by the Carswell Family. Po’oku includes a meadow for larger parties and a newly renovated barn for more intimate gatherings. Both venues offer spectacular mountain views and can be used for weddings, corporate events, birthday gatherings, and much more. Princeville Ranch Events also offers spectacular sites for ceremonies including a tropical four-tier waterfall and at the property’s highest pinnacle overlooking the entire north shore.
Po’oku Barn:
The barn is an indoor/outdoor space perfect for all types of gatherings. Newly renovated, it has been transformed into a rustic yet contemporary space with amazing views and cool breezes. The open feeling allows for many different floor plans depending on your needs. A comfortable lounge area with warm and inviting lighting is perfect for intimate conversation. A lanai on the back side of the barn overlooks the meadow and frames the mountains of the north shore.
Po’oku Meadow:
Surrounded by lush tropical landscaping and spectacular views of The Hanalei mountains, the grassy meadow is the ideal Hawaiian setting for any event. Our private location accommodates intimate gatherings to parties of 300, all with easy road access. Both a ceremony or a reception are ideal at Po’oku Meadow.
Green Hill

Amazing 360 degree views await you and your guests at this stunning location atop our property’s highest pinnacle. Your wedding will be framed by the striking Pacific Ocean in one direction and the breathtaking Hanalei mountains in another. It’s the perfect setting for your special day. Guests will be transported via our 4x4 off-road vehicles to the site for an unforgettable ceremony.
Wedding Waterfall

Say your vows while encircled by some of nature's most spectacular scenery. The sights and sounds of your own secluded waterfall create one of the most enchanting and romantic backdrops imaginable. This location is picture perfect and magical! Your wedding party will be transported via our 4x4 off-road vehicles to the start of our waterfall trail. A short hike will then take you to this magical waterfall for your special wedding ceremony.
