Emmalani Court #311 is a hidden gem in Princeville on the North Shore of Kauai. Emmalani Court is only 42 units and adjacent to the 8th hole of the top rated Robert Trent Jones Jr designed Makai golf course. This well maintained complex is located within walking distance to the Princeville Resort, Pali Ke Kua beach, Hideaways, Queen’s Bath, golf, tennis, and the many restaurants in Princeville. Watch the incredible sunsets from the point of the property or a BBQ at the pool and hot tub. The picturesque town of Hanalei Bay and its famous beach and world class surfing is a short drive away.

This is a great option for couples, solo adventurers and families. This unit has recently had many upgrades. These include new furniture, beds, linens and a very well stocked kitchen. To make your stay even more comfortable there is A/C in the bedrooms and wifi throughout the unit. Each bedroom has en-suite baths of the townhouse making it ideal for couples traveling together.

The large great room concept, with expansive picture windows and comfortable furniture, ensures that throughout the living spaces of the condominium, you need simply look up to gaze over tropical Hawaiian foliage and the world class Makai Golf Course.

Accessible from the great room and the master suite is the lovely covered lanai, with comfy lounge chairs and table. The lanai is a perfect spot for your morning coffee, a leisurely afternoon with a good book, or evening cocktails while also drinking in your tropical surroundings and enjoying the cooling trade winds. A short stroll to the north end of the property affords unlimited views of the ocean and mountains.

The all-white and stainless steel chef’s kitchen, fully stocked with a variety of appliances and even spices, offers a bright, modern vibe. With granite counters and ample storage and prep space, the family chef may well feel inspired to prepare either old favorites or a new Hawaiian recipe for all to enjoy. A dining table for 6 and bar stools at the counter provide a comfortable area for enjoying your meals. You are encouraged to use the filtered water dispenser to fill the provided reusable water bottles.

The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed, ceiling fan and sitting area; the bathroom boasts a granite vanity and large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom also offers a king size bed and cooling ceiling fan. The bathroom features
a large granite vanity and walk-in shower.

For your convenience, this condominium also comes equipped with a full size washer and dryer. Beach chairs, boogie boards and a small cooler are provided for your beach adventures. The community of Emmalani Court offers its guests a pool, hot tub and clubhouse.

Second time staying at this condo, because we love it. Beautifully decorated and has everything we need from beach chairs, boogie boards and umbrellas, to everything you need in the kitchen, washer/dryer, books, puzzles, great tv. Close drive to grocery store, wine store and restaurants. Centrally located to hit our favorite beaches, as well as Hanalei and Kilauea. We feel right at home here.

This 2-bedroom condo that my wife and I, along with another couple stayed at was in a great, quiet location and perfect for our stay. The second bedroom looked almost like a second master bedroom! Everything we needed from this home was provided, and the beach accessories were definitely used. It was spacious and very comfortable, with beautiful landscaping and views! Exceeded expectations! A nice spacious two bedroom place with all you could ask for a great stay on your vacation. This place had all the little things you have at home, spices in the drawer, plenty of dishes, beach toys, chairs and a cooler for the beach. We were really happy with our experience!

This condo is beautiful inside and out. Arrival was simple with an easy lock box to get keys. Inside was immaculate and we loved the decor. The art was well curated. The primary bedroom has AC, is spacious and the bed very comfortable. The second bedroom also has AC. The living room has no AC but has fans and honestly the fans did just fine. The kitchen is well appointed. Lots of beach towels and beach gear, like chairs and umbrella which you'll need. There's also sand toys for the kids. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We're highly recommend. A couple of things to note about Kauai, reservations are needed for some of the touristy things, like the Limahuli Garden and commercial tours cease on the weekends. You can easily rent kayak/SUPs from and still get out on the weekends.

Our family of 4 enjoyed an amazing stay at this beautiful property. The amenities of the property were top notch and every part of the house was clean and brand new. The beds were very comfortable and my family of 4 had more than enough space. The house came with plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas and snorkeling equipment which we were able to use every day. The area was perfect and we were able to get to two beach areas for snorkeling within a 5-minute walk. There is also plenty of walking paths nearby to get out in the morning. The pool was very nice and perfect for our children. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property.

Nice quiet complex. Not suited for children. Needs shutters repaired, new something on king bedroom window as the blackout shade is either moldy or dirty, blinds or something on living room slider, bathroom window is stuck so no ventilation. Well stocked.

This lovely home was even better than the online photos could detail. The golf course location near a beautiful bluff overlooking the Pacific. The furnishings, art, baths and fully equipped kitchen just couldn’t have been better. We felt so comfortable from entering and wanted to stay longer than a week! We will definitely rent again. My partner and I stayed here for 4 nights in June of 2021. Very luxurious and spacious. Ground level with a pleasant patio facing the open space of a golf course. Comfortable and quiet. Clean. Great shower and good bed. Nicely equipped kitchen. Located near the end of the main Princeville road which made it easy to access two beaches.

This is our second time using this rental! It is spacious, clean, and beautiful, with a great view and easy access to nearby towns and beaches. It was only me and my husband, but this space can easily accommodate two couples or a small family. Exactly as pictured. Great value. Highly recommend!

Beautiful unit on the ground floor with a superb view of the gold course. This unit had AC (in the front bedroom only) but was fully equipped with loads of fans & a nice cross breeze. With all the windows open. Comfy beds & extras for the beach (chairs, noodles, towels, etc). Very happy with our stay! The screens were a bit wonky, everything else was great & the PM Co was so helpful & nice!!

The property was clean, had everything you could possibly need (beach towels, cooler, beach chairs) and kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, storage containers and seasonings. The property was quiet and close to town. Pool and jacuzzi were very relaxing after a long day. The owners take great care of their home and want their guests to feel comfortable and it shows. We had a wonderful time on Hale Emmalani#311, Princeville, Kauai. The home was spotless, comfortable, and in perfect shape. The kitchen was fully equipped to prepare full meals and island drinks. The location was fantastic. There amazing wildlife right outside the window. We were minutes away from great snorkeling and bodyboarding. Vacation rental staff was helpful and responded to questions within minutes. We would definitely visit again.

We really enjoyed our stay in Hale Emmalani #311. It was the perfect layout for two couples and an infant. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook, prep and store food. We found the beds to be super comfy. We enjoyed morning walks to The Spot for breakfast and it will be a quick walk over to the 1 Hotel when it's open. We enjoyed beautiful sunrises from the back lanai and would walk out the back door and to the left about 200 yards for great sunset views overlooking the water. We were there the week of the NCAA Basketball Championship and the Masters and the guys said they wish the TV was a little bigger/updated, but that was the only "negative." But you don't come to Kauai to watch TV :) We spent our days at Hanalei or Anini Beach. Bar Acuda was the best meal we had all week! Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed for our 8 days in paradise. The beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of towels, beach equipment, umbrellas, bug spray, sunscreen and anything else we needed. The kitchen was well appointed; appliances, spices and storage containers. We loved the big windows and lanai to watch the sunrise and were just steps away from a fabulous sunset view. The pool was never very busy and was very clean. The grounds were beautiful and Victoria was very helpful. The only thing that could have been repaired are the screens that allow the windows to open (some were broken) but were taped and worked fine. We would stay here again!

The house was very useful. It didn't feel too formal where you couldn't be comfortable, but, it was clean and well kept. Kitchen could use a few extra utensils. The guest bath has a great partition that effectively makes two master suites. It was the perfect setup for two couples travelling together. The back window has a beautiful view of the golf course but you can't really go too far off your patio or the golfers get a bit upset that you are in their fairway, which makes sense since they don't want to hit you with their ball. Great place. Would definitely recommend.

Loved this apartment! Very spacious, bright, well equipped kitchen for cooking and dining, can easily walk to beach, saw whales breaching from golf course overlooking ocean at sunset - magical! Really enjoyed staying here.

Our family loved this condo! The location is ideal, close to adorable town of Hanalei and a 10 minute walk from Hideaway Beach. It is extremely clean and very well furnished, including everything we needed for the beach. We will miss the gorgeous views!

Great condo, every last detail was thought out! Comfortable, spacious for 2 couples. Screen slider to patio needs to be fixed. Looked as if it had been off track for quite some time. Was not functional when we got there. Very hard to open and get closed so no bugs get in.

I only have good things to say about Hale Emmalani. The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and maintained. It was perfectly appointed for our week long stay. In the kitchen there were quality kitchen knives, glass food storage containers, and nice kitchen towels (my personal measure of a well appointed vacation rental kitchen). They even have filtered water so you don't have to buy plastic bottles of water. Plus essentials for a relaxing vacation...beach chairs, basket, coolers, blue ice. The views from the the living room, master bedroom and lanai were lovely. I think we enjoyed unwinding at the condo as much as exploring Kauai itself which says a lot! The rental agency was highly efficient and professional, with clear instructions for arrival and departure. The location was outstanding. Once on the North shore we were surrounded by wonderful beaches and equally yummy food. It felt like everything we wanted was only 10 minutes away. It was a perfect getaway. Thank you for sharing your home with us! We will definitely be back!

This home is in an ideal location and offers every amenity you could possibly want! It was clean and bright and well decorated. The bedrooms are very generous and the bathrooms were perfect. The kitchen and living spaces are open and the big windows provide a wonderful indoor/outdoor feel. The lanai was perfect for relaxing, reading, dining and of course evening cocktails! We had a wonderful time and this place like a home away from home. We will definitely book again.

This two-bedroom, two-bath condo, located on the eighth hole of the prestigious Makai Golf Course, is absolutely stunning. Just steps from arching ocean and mountain views, and jaw-dropping sunsets, it is everything you came to Hawaii for. The condo offers a fully functional kitchen with gourmet cookware, modern appliances (14-cup coffeemaker!), and a spacious counter that serves as a place for people to sit, eat and socialize with the chef.
The dining room is cozy with a large table for meals, card-playing, puzzles, etc. The open-plan kitchen and dining room are integrated with a comfy, relaxed living room that contains two recliners, a sofa, a wall-mounted TV (cable included) and a Bluetooth speaker for music. The wall of windows allows for a mesmerizing view of the golf course and the beautiful, ever-changing Kauai sky.
The bedrooms are furnished with writing desks, dressers, and supremely comfortable king-size beds. Seriously, the beds are amazing! Each bathroom is very modern and spotless. Both have a large walk-in shower and spacious dressing areas. An added perk is a stackable washer and dryer in the condo.
Surrounded by palm trees, orchids, and other tropical foliage, the lanai is a delightful place from which to observe the sunrise and enjoy morning coffee. Outdoor furniture makes it a fun locale for meals and card games, too. We spent a lot of time out there. It is accessible from glass doors in the living room and the master bedroom. The condo complex has a nice pool, Jacuzzi, and BBQ area steps away. We didn’t barbecue, but we enjoyed the pool and Jacuzzi.
Quaint Hanalei is a short drive from the condo. The area boasts beaches, swimming, hiking, spas, and myriad eating establishments. There’s a farmers market nearby almost every day of the week.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is a perfect home base for exploring the island and the remarkable beauty of Kauai. Can’t wait to book this place again and visit

My daughter and I had the best, most relaxing vacation we've had in years. This property comes with everything. From beach towels, to beach chairs, boogie boards, and a beautifully stocked kitchen, all we needed were shorts, bathing suits and sunscreen. The market and wine store are nearby, as are is a favorite breakfast spot, aptly named The Spot, and Hanalei is close by with favorite restaurants (BarAcuda, Tahiti Nui just to name two)and shops. Our favorite beaches were ten minutes drive away, but the pool, just steps from the condo is clean and beautiful with a nice clubhouse and bbq's right there. Sunsets were gorgeous from the edge of the property and coffee on the lanai or in the light-filled family room were a favorite part of our day. The two king-sized beds are unbelievably comfortable. Like sleeping on clouds. And the two bathrooms are beautiful as well. Having a washer/dryer inside the condo was also a plus. Can't wait to go back!!

We stayed on Kauai for our honeymoon and wanted a relaxing, low key getaway and this condo in Princeville was the perfect location for us. The accommodations were clean, well equipped and thoroughly thought out. It immediately felt like home to us. Approximately halfway through our stay we heard what sounded like a child’s footsteps running across the floor upstairs from our downstairs location, but, it didn’t rise to the level of being a nuisance and was the only noise we heard other than the landscapers one morning. It was just the two of us, but the condo could easily accommodate a larger family. We enjoyed breakfast on the lanai and the beautiful grounds that over look the ocean. There is no direct ocean view from the condo, but great relaxing views of the golf course just outside the lanai. The few questions we had were quickly and efficiently answered by the assigned point of contact.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay and cannot wait to return. We have no regrets about the location we chose.

My stay at Hale Emmalani was relaxing. The sounds of birds ,the golf course view, even the sound of the rain at times all made for a relaxing stay. What can you not like ......warm temperatures and a place to be for a while that feels like home. Our contact person was friendly and if we had a problem were able to have it taken care of mostly promptly.

This home was beautiful - exactly as pictured. Spacious and comfortable with a pretty view of the golf course. It was well stocked with all the essentials, plus a washer and dryer. The community is quiet and safe, and if you walk down the main road less than a quarter of a mile you have a beautiful view of the ocean and surrounding nature. We couldn’t have hoped a better unit for our stay on the North Shore! The unit is magnificent; located on a beautiful golf course and in a very peaceful neighborhood. This unit is very well described and looks exactly like the pictures! Everything is provided; beach towels; chairs; umbrella... a fully equipped kitchen (spices, foil, Saranwrap, Tupperware etc) we couldn’t ask for more! We enjoyed our walks in the morning to nearby beaches and lookout points. Princeville centre is closeby and convenient for groceries. Hanalei is 15 minutes drive at the most; for a beautiful beach! These owners highly qualify as super hosts!! We would definitely come back!! Thank you!!!

This condo is top of the line in finishes and space - everything was beautifully done. The view of the golf course was peaceful. Now for some not so good points - even though you are a few 100 yards from the ocean you can’t see or enjoy it - they have security that won’t let you walk near the course - insurance worries they claim - to get to a beach is a drive or a walk that is not easy especially with chairs etc 100’s of stairs down and then obviously back up.

Blissful. These immaculate accommodations and their staff have become our go-to on the north shore of Kauai. It is incredibly comfortable, peaceful, gorgeous location for watching sunrise and sunset views, and is truly a lovely home away from home with every convenience thought out perfectly. Where do I begin? Everything we needed (and more) was provided. Barbara met us there when we arrived, which was really nice. Small things like the welcoming note from her and the rules of the house, the property and Princeville were nice to review.
The place was wonderfully clean and had all the amenities we required. We enjoy making our own meals, so it was nice to have kitchen knives that were sharp, for instance. Having access to beach towels and beach chairs was also really nice. We would definitely like to stay in this unit again!
