New Listing! Hale Moi 112 unit A affectionately called the Nene Suite because of Princeville's prolific rejuvenation of the Nene goose population, Hawaii's state bird, once endangered.

This unit is considered a one bedroom by the County of Kauai but functions like a studio unit as the 'bedroom' does not have walls. The bedroom area is open to living and dining areas but it's entry door to the unit can be closed and locked so the entire unit is yours exclusively.

Recently renovated with new floors, new appliances, new furniture including a new king bed, pull out sofa bed/couch, and AC.

Enjoy everything Princeville has to offer with its stunning mountain views, sunsets, a 5 minute drive to Hanalei Bay, walking distance to St. Regis with stunning ocean views. Hale Moi is close to restaurants, Foodland grocery store, and the Makai Golf Course too.

Princeville town is only 2 miles long from entrance to end (St. Regis Hotel) and a wonderful walking/jogging path connects everyone all the way through.

Hale Moi 112 is a lock-out style unit, with units A & B each having its own lockable space yet connected by a common hallway Each guest has access to the main entry door but once within you would proceed to your unit for privacy and your own space. The lanai even has a divider between the units to aide in the privacy for all.

*stays longer than 21 days will require a mid stay cleaning(s).

Our time in Princeville was so enjoyable and in large part because we had a great place to call home for our time there. It’s a comfortable and clean condo with everything we needed including a comfortable bed. It was our second time to stay in this unit and I will look forward to the next time also.

This place is very good...very quiet mornings on the lanai. The unit superintendent was very responsive for any requests and needs. This is walkable to Hideaways beach and pizza place. I wouldn't just stay here again, I'd buy this unit if I could.

This place was lovely. Bed extremely comfy and everything was very clean. Nice little local treats were a nice touch. Perfect for two with great views of mountains (when it wasn't cloudy).

Beach equipment and washer and dryer handy.

The pictures make it look larger then it actually is but it's still a great space for two people.

Difficult to find the first time in the dark and rain. Note that this unit is in the bottom of the complex so you'll only see the 200 addresses from the street which was slightly confusing.

Host was excellent to communicate with.

The location seems to be in a swanky area and felt safe.

Property was clean and accurately depicted by photos on listing. Had all the essentials in the kitchen and bathroom as well as anything we would have wanted for the beach. Only complaint was the ice maker was not working but that could have been us just not being able to figure out how to turn it back on? Great view out the back to wake up to and great location, just a short walk/hike to a couple awesome beaches that didn't get crowded at all! Never needed to contact management because all questions were answered in a book they left.

The condo was perfect. Very clean and very comfortable. The location was ideal for exploring the north part of Kauai. From Ke’e Beach to the Kilauea Lighthouse and everything in-between is a short walk or short drive away. The listed amenities do not come close to what is provided. Beach towels, beach chairs, and a nice sized cooler were available to use. The kitchen was very well stocked with spices, pancake mix, and anything else you might need.

The mountain views from the lanai was stunning, as it was from the kitchen or living room area. One of the best beaches I have ever been to was a very short distance away. Fantastic snorkeling with plenty of green sea turtles around. One of my 6AM snorkeling trips I wasn’t the first the first to arrive at the beach. A large green sea turtle beached herself. She was fine and went back into the water when the tide came up.


This is one of those rare cases where the photographs and description don’t do this condo justice. It is really nice in the photos, but much better in person.
Great condo, great location. If we ever go back to Kauai we would love to stay here again. Only next time it will be for longer!

Clean, comfortable condo; good North Shore location. Great for walking & easy access to a couple beaches. Extremely well-equipped kitchen, including washer/dryer. Peaceful view of trees & mountains. This rental was perfect- it had everything we needed- comfortable bed, cold fridge, ice in the freezer, beach towels/chairs/cooler, laundry, wine opener, coffee maker, free parking spot onsite, and a big bathroom! I would have loved to stay longer here. It was peaceful out on the patio with a gorgeous view to wake up to every day. It was also really close to Hanalei and other restaurants, grocery store, coffee place, walking path, beaches, etc. The property manager is super friendly and really fast to respond which was an added bonus! We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay for our honeymoon. Views of the forest and mountains was stunning. The Princeville area is amazing as well. The resort down the street has a great bar with a deck that had amazing views of the ocean and mountains. Get there before sunset to stake a claim! The property was easy to find and very updated. Will definitely look this condo up when we come back!

I was planning to stay for 4 weeks so I was worried that one bed room would be frustrating, but I was able to stay without any problems. Recently renovated floors and beds were cleaner and more comfortable than expected. I still miss the sound of birds enjoying my morning coffee and the breeze I felt on my face, a must-go place in the near future.

This is the perfect space for someone traveling solo or a couple. It provides the essentials- clean, stocked Kitchen, balcony, beautiful view. This is not a luxury stay but that doesn’t mean you don’t get great value for the cost. If you’re looking to explore the north side of the island, and know you’re not going to be someone who is spending much time indoors in your room, this a great place to call homebase.

The views from the balcony were absolutely breath taking. On clear mornings, you could see a waterfall flowing down the mountainside. It was a pleasure to sit there anytime of the day and hear the birds or the rainfall. The rental was beautiful inside and out. The location was near anything you could possibly need. Marty answered any questions with expertise. Excellent customer service. We highly recommend this rental and would stay there again. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable !

My wife & I thoroughly enjoyed staying in this bit of paradise in the paradise of Kauai. The unit matches the description exactly. It is modern, comfortable, spacious (for 2) with easy access to Hideaway Beach, Queen's Bath and enjoyable walks alongside the golf course on the Ka Haku shared-use path. Our host, Martie, was extremely responsive and answered all our questions quickly & thoroughly. We enjoyed coffee from The Spot North Shore Kauai and lunch at Tiki Iniki in the Princeville Center. Hanalei Bay and other north shore beaches are just a short drive away. Recommend it highly!
