Tucked away off a quaint side street in Kapaa, Lae Nani condos are walking distance to Coconut Marketplace, the Tuesday afternoon Farmers Market, Passion Bakery, Imua Coffee, Russel’s Vegan Café, Hukilau Lanai known for their excellent local cuisine, as well as Lava Lava Beach Club famous for their tropical craft cocktails and tables in the sand. This condo has an amazing oversized, covered lanai with two chaise loungers perfect for taking in the big ocean views. It’s a wonderful spot to relax and watch the sunrise while drinking your morning coffee.

Once inside, the owners have thoughtfully designed the space with an elegant mix of unique, retro Hawaiian décor. The kitchen has updated appliances, all the necessities for meal prep, and a breakfast bar with two stools. The dining area features a gorgeous, marble dining table and seating for four. The entertainment area features a smart TV (streaming services available), cable, and high-speed internet throughout the condo. Condo is located on the 3rd floor (please note, there is no elevator).

The garden bedroom features a king-sized bed with fresh, white linens, a modern dresser, and a cozy sitting area. There is also an updated, en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo and beautiful, quartz vanity. There is an additional half bath off the main living area of the condo.

Lae Nani offers a wonderful list of amenities. Swim in their ocean front pool, play tennis or pickleball on their private court, or walk along the white sand beach affronting the property which continues to a protected cove called Baby Beach, perfect for little ones. Lae Nani is also adjacent to an ancient Hawaiian heiau. Immerse yourself in the unique culture of this area. The owners of this condo have also provided tennis rackets, boogie boards, a pickleball set for four, and snorkel sets, free for guest use.

Come stay in this centrally located gem! Kapaa town is only thirty minutes from the north shore, twenty minutes to the airport, and just forty minutes to the south shore making it the perfect jump-off point for adventures. It’s also Kauai’s biggest town with a Friday night art-walk, Saturday night drive-in movies at Coconut Marketplace, the nationally recognized coastal bike trail, newly dedicated skate park, and a central walking area with shops, galleries, and restaurants. Whether you spend your entire vacation here or a few days between shores, you’ll love this wonderful spot and all that Kapaa and Lae Nani have to offer!

Our first trip to Hawaii couldn’t have been more perfect - in large part because of our condo experience. It was easy to book, we received clear reminders and directions, and checkin was seamless. The accommodation was clean, welcoming, and perfectly equipped. A full kitchen let us brew coffee every morning and cook meals when we wanted. Fabulous balcony view of ocean and laundry on property. Beautifully grounds and gardens, pool, bbq, and beach. 10/10

This was the first trip back in four years due to the pandemic. This unit has a great view of the ocean and you can enjoy a relaxing meal and drinks or just laze on the balony after a day at the beach on the property. The ability to swim and a protected pool created by boulders can be used by youngsters. There is no lifeguard so be careful when swimming and never turn your back to the water. Shopping and restaurants are conveniently located and you should avoid the main traffic times in the morning and afternoon if you are in a hurry you’re on an island with one major highway. Remember you are not the only person being waited on and your servers are doing their best and you are on vacation. I’m a returning local who was born and raised on Kauai and have lived in California for decades and return 3 times a year home to visit family and friends. The view is great. Kitchen fairly well stocked. Huge issue is poor AC. Unit gets very warm esp at night, difficult to cool bedroom for sleep. Difficult to contact rental staff on weekends, no response after multiple calls.

The place was great- clean, convenient , easy travel to all the spots! Only downside - The portable AC was loud and in the livingroom, needed fans in the bedroom, also loud. We did sleep, but if you're sensitive , may be an issue for you. Also, being an island destination, a couple of beach chairs and cooler wouldve been the icing on the cake.

Enjoyed the views from the balcony and was well stocked with beach gear and everything you’d need in a kitchen. The location was great! It’s walking distance to Coconuts Marketplace which had plenty of dinner options, and convenient to get to both the north and south side of the island.

The condo we stayed in was perfect for our honeymoon celebration. It was incredibly clean and has an absolutely amazing ocean view. Waking up every morning hearing the waves crashing on the beach was incredible. Even without air conditioning, the condo was still very pleasant and cool at night with the ocean breeze and fans in the condo. The location is perfect; plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. We have basically no complaints and had an excellent time staying at Lae Nani 434!

The condo was very nice. The kitchen was fully stocked and even had condiments and starter coffee. The living ares was comfortable. The bedroom was comfortable. The only down side was the noise from the road in the mornings and the fact it was on the third floor. They should include that information in the write up.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and we loved it. We really wanted to explore the whole island and this was a great central location to do that. Both the north and south sides are a quick drive away. The pool is really big and the beach in front of the resort is actually really great. I would definitely recommend this condo to everyone!
